{"id":23237,"date":"2024-02-26T12:12:09","date_gmt":"2024-02-26T12:12:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=23237"},"modified":"2024-02-26T12:12:09","modified_gmt":"2024-02-26T12:12:09","slug":"sce-projet-d-evolution-du-modele-organisationnel-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2024\/02\/26\/sce-projet-d-evolution-du-modele-organisationnel-2\/","title":{"rendered":"SCE : projet d\u2019\u00e9volution du mod\u00e8le organisationnel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Il y a un an d\u00e9j\u00e0, Aliette Mousnier-Lompre, Directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale d\u2019Orange Business, pr\u00e9sentait le projet de transformation du mod\u00e8le organisationnel impactant l\u2019ensemble du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de SCE dont l\u2019\u00e9quation financi\u00e8re avait pour objectif de restaurer 100 millions d&rsquo;euros d&rsquo;EBITDAAL.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis, les chiffres annonc\u00e9s en ce d\u00e9but de CSEC par Orange Business sur la tenue des objectifs sont bons. \u00ab&nbsp;Pour la 1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup> fois en 5 ans, Orange Business tient ses objectifs&nbsp;\u00bb, dixit la Directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/p>\n<p>Nous nous interrogeons cependant sur la pertinence de cette affirmation car l\u2019\u00e9quilibre \u00e9conomique global du projet a chang\u00e9, le seul objectif le plus \u00e9vident dans ce projet demeurant la r\u00e9duction de postes.<\/p>\n<p>Aucune donn\u00e9e \u00e9conomique ne nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e. Aussi, <strong>la CFE-CGC revendique<\/strong> la connaissance ce dossier compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par ces donn\u00e9es avec une pr\u00e9sentation globale et actualis\u00e9e du contexte. En effet, depuis l\u2019ouverture initiale du Plan de D\u00e9parts Volontaires (PDV), les hypoth\u00e8ses sur lesquelles ce dossier a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit ont \u00e9volu\u00e9es et au regard de la nouvelle situation \u00e9conomique d\u2019Orange, les impacts sur les effectifs depuis sa pr\u00e9sentation initiale ont chang\u00e9. Tout reste donc \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9part d\u2019une centaine de salari\u00e9s, quels sont d\u00e9sormais les postes encore concern\u00e9s&nbsp;?
