Il a pour objectifs l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des espaces de travail, une garantie de la QVT (Qualit\u00e9 de Vie au Travail), une contribution \u00e0 la Responsabilit\u00e9 Sociale d\u2019Entreprise (RSE) et la r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts immobiliers.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, les \u00e9quipes r\u00e9clamations DSCE sont amen\u00e9es \u00e0 rejoindre l\u2019\u00e9tage 4bis qui accueillera \u00e9galement les \u00e9quipes Fonction Corporate (FC), Direction Entreprise (DE ), Service Client Entreprise (SCE), Agence Pro et PME (A2P) et Direction March\u00e9 Entreprise (DME).<\/p>\n<p>Les plateaux seront am\u00e9nag\u00e9s en&nbsp;<em>flex&nbsp;office<\/em> (pas de position attribu\u00e9e, uniquement des zones par unit\u00e9) avec un ratio de 0,6 position de travail par salari\u00e9 (clairement, il n\u2019y aura pas assez de place pour tout le monde lorsque les \u00e9quipes DSCE seront au complet sur site).<\/p>\n<p>La Direction affirme qu\u2019\u00abil n \u2019y a pas d\u2019impact sur la structure de l\u2019emploi, les contrats de travail, l\u2019\u00e9volution des effectifs, les horaires de travail&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Analyse de la CFE-CGC Orange<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Certes, le dossier pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 est bien document\u00e9. Toutefois, nous avons soulev\u00e9 plusieurs questions, notamment sur&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail (r\u00e9duction \u00e0 2 jours maximum\/semaine au lieu de 3 comme pr\u00e9vu dans les accords)<\/li>\n<li>La disponibilit\u00e9 des positions de travail<\/li>\n<li>La restauration : impact sur la dur\u00e9e de la pause m\u00e9ridienne et le temps de travail, le restaurant d\u2019entreprise \u00e9tant plus \u00e9loign\u00e9 et attribution de tickets restaurant<\/li>\n<li>La prise en compte des salari\u00e9s en situation de handicap (que nous trouvons bien trop l\u00e9g\u00e8re)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Direction et DRH n\u2019ayant fourni aucune r\u00e9ponse concr\u00e8te \u00e0 nos questions, nous avons propos\u00e9 de mandater une Commission S\u00e9curit\u00e9, Sant\u00e9 et Conditions de Travail (CSSCT) afin d\u2019apporter une expertise et des recommandations aux \u00e9lus CSEE.
