Alors que les actionnaires voient leur dividende augmenter de 7% et l\u2019extension de la dotation d\u2019actions gratuites (stock-options &#8211; LTIP) \u00e0 1 300 hauts dirigeants d\u2019Orange pour un budget de 1,8 million d\u2019euros, les salari\u00e9s doivent, eux, se contenter d\u2019une augmentation annuelle bien en de\u00e7\u00e0 de l\u2019augmentation du co\u00fbt de la vie, ainsi que d\u2019une forte baisse de leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration (participation, int\u00e9ressement, parts variables).<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9gradation du dialogue social est significative et constitue une escalade pr\u00e9occupante.<\/p>\n<p>Les salari\u00e9s et leurs repr\u00e9sentants du personnel ne sont pas des voyous. Les membres du CSEC demandent&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Si la direction compte remettre en cause les droits des salari\u00e9s et des repr\u00e9sentants du personnel\u202fpour les faire marcher au pas ?\u202f (Dixit la Directrice G\u00e9n\u00e9rale\u202f: \u00ab&nbsp;on m\u2019a appris \u00e0 marcher au pas. Je saurai faire marcher au pas les salari\u00e9s\u202f\u00bb)<\/li>\n<li>Pourquoi les salari\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillis par une ligne de CRS \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e du site alors qu\u2019il n\u2019y a jamais de d\u00e9bordements?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Pourquoi elle a emp\u00each\u00e9 les salari\u00e9s d&rsquo;entrer et de sortir du site en toute libert\u00e9, emp\u00each\u00e9 certains de se joindre \u00e0 la mobilisation et entrav\u00e9 les salari\u00e9s en d\u00e9brayage dans leur tentative de reprendre leur travail ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/> Les membres du CSEC exigent des explications de la part de la direction face \u00e0 ces actions injustifiables. <br \/> Des mesures doivent \u00eatre prises pour restaurer un climat de confiance et de respect mutuel au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise.&nbsp; <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ignorer un tel m\u00e9contentement \u00e0 moins de 100 jours des Jeux Olympiques est un d\u00e9ni de la valeur de l\u2019entreprise et de ceux qui la composent.
