Bravo \u00e0 tous&nbsp;: OCD France n\u2019a jamais autant perform\u00e9&nbsp;!<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9compense&nbsp;: pas de prise en compte des efforts des salari\u00e9s, la valeur cr\u00e9\u00e9e ne sera pas partag\u00e9e dans les NAO. Les dispositifs de partage de la valeur, int\u00e9ressement et participation ne comblent m\u00eame pas les pertes dues \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9rosion du pouvoir d\u2019achat de ces 3 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es (sur 3 ans&nbsp;l\u2019inflation est de 12,12 %). Les attentes des salari\u00e9s d\u2019OCD France sont fortes d\u2019autant que le march\u00e9 de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 est tendu. L\u2019absence de reconnaissance fabriquera le d\u00e9sengagement de demain&nbsp;!<\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e encore, la Direction a voulu nous faire croire que les n\u00e9gociations se tiendraient \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution d\u2019une \u00e9quation complexe entre faible augmentation du co\u00fbt de la vie, profitabilit\u00e9 insuffisante, ralentissement de l\u2019activit\u00e9&nbsp;et baisse de l\u2019attrition de 7 % entre 2022 et 2023. L\u2019unique avanc\u00e9e des propositions portait sur un meilleur traitement \u00e9galit\u00e9 H\/F. La Direction reconna\u00eet que la marge n&rsquo;a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi bonne, et en m\u00eame temps ne propose pas un ratio \u00ab&nbsp;AI \/ profitabilit\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb \u00e9quitable.<\/p>\n<p>La CFE-CGC attendait 6 % sachant qu\u2019en ratio avec OBS SA, nous devrions avoir au moins 5,57 %.<\/p>\n<p>La CFE-CGC sait dire OUI lorsque c\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire, mais sait dire NON devant l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des salari\u00e9s&nbsp;!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;La CFE-CGC d\u00e9fend l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat collectif de tous les salari\u00e9s quel que soit leur statut : cadres, non cadres, apprentis, stagiaires peu importe leur salaire. Dans un esprit d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, elle s\u2019attache \u00e0 obtenir pour tous les dispositions les plus avantageuses du droit et des accords d\u2019entreprise.
