Les postes de 29 collaborateurs de la <strong>Direction des Services Financiers Mobiles d\u2019OMEA<\/strong> bas\u00e9s actuellement \u00e0 Orange Gardens vont \u00eatre <strong>d\u00e9localis\u00e9s \u00e0 Abidjan<\/strong>, pour rejoindre l\u2019ensemble des activit\u00e9s qui y sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 mutualis\u00e9es au plus tard en septembre 2025.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019Afrique sous la banni\u00e8re d\u2019OMEA<\/strong> constitue l\u2019un des <strong>piliers du plan Lead the Future<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-23503\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/omea_abidjan.png\" alt=\"omea abidjan\" width=\"756\" height=\"376\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/omea_abidjan.png 756w, https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/omea_abidjan-300x149.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 756px) 100vw, 756px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Fer de lance de la dynamique de croissance du chiffre d\u2019affaires du Groupe, l\u2019Afrique a connu desvents contraires dans son activit\u00e9&nbsp;Orange Money sous l\u2019effet de l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019une concurrence f\u00e9roce, en particulier de l\u2019op\u00e9rateur Wave dans les ann\u00e9es 2020-2021. En d\u00e9pit de sa tr\u00e8s grande r\u00e9silience et des actions qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9es, la situation au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal et en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire reste fragile et toutes les \u00e9quipes doivent \u00eatre mobilis\u00e9es au plus pr\u00e8s des march\u00e9s pour assurer \u00ab&nbsp;une plus grande agilit\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb. <br \/> Par ailleurs, l\u2019av\u00e8nement des \u00ab&nbsp;Fintechs&nbsp;\u00bb en Afrique n\u00e9cessite plus d\u2019ancrage local dans les ressources humaines ou dans les actifs.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-23504\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/nouvelleorga_omea.png\" alt=\"nouvelleorga omea\" width=\"854\" height=\"249\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/nouvelleorga_omea.png 854w, https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/nouvelleorga_omea-300x87.png 300w, https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/nouvelleorga_omea-768x224.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 854px) 100vw, 854px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Lors du CSE du 24 Avril 2024, l\u2019ensemble des \u00e9lus du CSE Fonctions Corporate ont mandat\u00e9 la Commission Sant\u00e9, S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et Conditions de Travail concern\u00e9e afin d\u2019\u00e9tudier l\u2019organisation du projet propos\u00e9 par la direction, son calendrier, ses \u00e9tapes et points de validation, les modalit\u00e9s de transfert, et, de s\u2019assurer du respect des politiques de pr\u00e9vention des risques psychosociaux (RPS) dans le cadre de ce projet.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, les travaux des membres de la commission s\u2019appuieront en particulier sur les retours d\u2019exp\u00e9rience (REX) des projets ant\u00e9rieurs d\u2019\u00e9volution de la localisation des postes d\u2019Orange MEA Corporate (Casablanca).<\/p>\n<h4>L\u2019analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/h4>\n<p>Les \u00e9lus CFE-CGC seront particuli\u00e8rement vigilants sur le <strong>dispositif d\u2019accompagnement<\/strong> qui sera <strong>propos\u00e9 aux salari\u00e9s<\/strong>, qu\u2019ils d\u00e9cident de partir ou d\u2019effectuer une mobilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Attention d\u2019autant plus forte que les \u00e9quipes issues majoritairement de la DTSI ou d\u2019Orange Innovation ont connu depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es des conditions d\u2019activit\u00e9 chahut\u00e9es sous l\u2019effet des <strong>projets de transformation successifs<\/strong> (Rumba 1, Rumba 2, \u2026) et que dans le contexte actuel de r\u00e9organisations constantes et de la rar\u00e9faction des emplois, ce nouveau projet rend l&rsquo;exercice de <strong>mobilit\u00e9<\/strong> pour les salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s particuli\u00e8rement <strong>difficile<\/strong> <strong>et<\/strong> <strong>anxiog\u00e8ne<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Encore un nouveau projet de r\u00e9organisation \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour du CSE !
