Le Conseil d’administration d’Orange<\/b><\/a> s’est r\u00e9uni pour examiner les suites \u00e0 donner au jugement rendu le 3 mai par le Tribunal de commerce de Nanterre qui a annul\u00e9 le second tour de la pr\u00e9consultation visant \u00e0 d\u00e9signer le candidat \u00e0 l’\u00e9lection au mandat de repr\u00e9sentant des salari\u00e9s actionnaires au Conseil, \u00e0 la suite d’un recours de la CFDT Orange.<\/h4>\n

Le Tribunal a notamment consid\u00e9r\u00e9 que la campagne autour de cette pr\u00e9consultation ne s’\u00e9tait pas d\u00e9roul\u00e9e selon des principes \u00e9thiques et de loyaut\u00e9 qui s’imposent en mati\u00e8re \u00e9lectorale, reprochant en particulier \u00e0 la CFE-CGC Orange, qui soutenait la candidature du bin\u00f4me arriv\u00e9 en t\u00eate \u00e0 l’issue du second tour, d’avoir instrumentalis\u00e9 ce scrutin et d’avoir utilis\u00e9 des moyens extraordinaires en faveur de cette candidature qui se sont traduits par une influence sur le vote.
