Il est d\u00e9sormais \u00e9tendu jusqu\u2019au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Qu&rsquo;est-ce que cela signifie concr\u00e8tement pour les salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s ? Voici un \u00e9clairage sur les opportunit\u00e9s et les implications de cette extension, notamment en ce qui concerne le Temps Partiel pour Seniors Handicap\u00e9s (TPSH).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prorogation de l&rsquo;accord et du TPSH :<\/strong>&nbsp;La prolongation de l&rsquo;accord jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 fin 2024 signifie que les dispositions actuelles continuent de s&rsquo;appliquer sans interruption. Cela inclut le TPSH, permettant aux salari\u00e9s porteurs d\u2019une reconnaissance de travailleur handicap\u00e9 (RQTH) de demander \u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de ce dispositif.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La nouvelle \u00e9ch\u00e9ance pour d\u00e9poser une demande est fix\u00e9e au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2024. Pour garantir un accompagnement optimal, il est recommand\u00e9 de soumettre votre demande avant le 30 novembre 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Implications de l&rsquo;avenant :<\/strong>&nbsp;L&rsquo;avenant sign\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment modifie certaines modalit\u00e9s de l&rsquo;accord initial, notamment en prolongeant sa dur\u00e9e et en fixant les engagements pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2024. Il pr\u00e9cise \u00e9galement les modalit\u00e9s de mise en \u0153uvre des engagements, notamment en termes de recrutements et de budget allou\u00e9 pour le TPSH.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Appel \u00e0 la n\u00e9gociation :<\/strong>&nbsp;Les parties conviennent d&rsquo;engager la n\u00e9gociation du nouvel accord au plus tard \u00e0 la fin du premier trimestre 2024.
