L\u2019enveloppe accord\u00e9e par la Direction n\u2019est pas coh\u00e9rente avec les bons r\u00e9sultats d\u2019OCD France et de sa performance. La proposition 2024 est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 2023 (3,7 % AI \/ 5,1 % globale).<\/p>\n<h3>Une organisation syndicale a pourtant sign\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Un syndicat a finalement sign\u00e9 l\u2019accord propos\u00e9 par la Direction en contrepartie de quatre \u00e9tudes.<\/p>\n<p>N\u2019\u00e9tant pas majoritaire, sa seule signature n\u2019est pas suffisante pour que l\u2019accord soit valable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;Le syndicat signataire a alors d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de soumettre la validation de l\u2019accord \u00e0 un r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2>Le r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum, un dispositif qu\u2019il faut savoir utiliser \u00e0 bon escient<\/h2>\n<h3>&nbsp;Les cons\u00e9quences du r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>La mise en place d\u2019un tel dispositif a un co\u00fbt significatif&nbsp;: cela impactera directement les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019OCD France et donc l\u2019int\u00e9ressement \u00e0 venir. Pour la CFE-CGC l\u2019enjeu ne m\u00e9rite pas de diminuer l\u2019int\u00e9ressement 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Le syndicat signataire revendique la mise en place quatre \u00e9tudes&nbsp;:&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9tude d\u2019une \u00e9ventuelle incitation \u00e0 la diminution du parc automobile<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9tude d\u2019une \u00e9ventuelle revalorisation de la prime journali\u00e8re de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9tude d\u2019une \u00e9ventuelle mise en place d\u2019un \u00ab&nbsp;pass-mobilit\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9tude d\u2019une \u00e9ventuelle revalorisation du dispositif d\u2019acquisition des cong\u00e9s anciennet\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il n\u2019y a aucun engagement de la Direction pour donner suite \u00e0 ces \u00e9tudes. Cela n\u2019apporte rien \u00e0 votre pouvoir d\u2019achat.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la CFE-CGC la r\u00e9alisation de quatre \u00e9tudes pour d\u2019\u00e9ventuels gains futurs ne m\u00e9rite pas la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019un r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum.<\/p>\n<p>Surtout, d\u00e9j\u00e0 que les discussions autour du r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum ont engendr\u00e9 2 mois de retard dans les paiements des NAO, sa mise en place impacterait directement et imm\u00e9diatement les augmentations 2024 qui ne seraient vers\u00e9es qu\u2019au quatri\u00e8me trimestre 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la CFE-CGC ce n\u2019est tout simplement pas admissible de retarder vos augmentations pour 4 \u00e9tudes&nbsp;!<\/p>\n<h3>La CFE-CGC sait prendre ses responsabilit\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p>Notre devoir envers vous, c\u2019est de d\u00e9fendre vos int\u00e9r\u00eats et votre pouvoir d\u2019achat.
