Nous estimons qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a aucune volont\u00e9 de transparence&nbsp;de la part de l&rsquo;entreprise et que le niveau d&rsquo;information est bien trop&nbsp;leger.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Gros d\u00e9ficit de candidatures f\u00e9minines<\/strong><o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p>Le taux de f\u00e9minisation se d\u00e9grade dans les bandes D bis \u00e0 G&nbsp; ( la Direction le d\u00e9plore et cherche \u00e0 comprendre) suite aux chiffres donn\u00e9s en s\u00e9ance: ex 26% de taux de f\u00e9minisation en D bis; 14 % en bande G et 37% en bande C)<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/p>\n<p>On&nbsp; peut&nbsp; \u00e9galement&nbsp; s\u2019inqui\u00e9ter du&nbsp;&nbsp; manque&nbsp; de&nbsp; candidates&nbsp; lors&nbsp; des&nbsp; appels d\u2019offres.&nbsp; Cela&nbsp; est&nbsp; bien&nbsp; plus&nbsp; \u00e9vident&nbsp;&nbsp; sur&nbsp; les&nbsp; niveau&nbsp;&nbsp; en recrutement sur&nbsp; les&nbsp; bandes&nbsp; E&nbsp; \u00e0&nbsp; G&nbsp; (&nbsp; ex&nbsp;:&nbsp; 1000&nbsp; recrutements&nbsp; d\u2019hommes,&nbsp; 300&nbsp; pour&nbsp; les&nbsp; femmes). La d\u00e9saffection&nbsp;&nbsp; pour&nbsp; France Telecom &#8211;&nbsp; Orange&nbsp; des&nbsp; femmes&nbsp; est&nbsp; certainement&nbsp; li\u00e9e&nbsp; \u00e0&nbsp; la&nbsp; forte&nbsp; d\u00e9gradation&nbsp; de&nbsp; notre&nbsp; image&nbsp;&nbsp; qui&nbsp; v\u00e9hicule&nbsp; une&nbsp; connotation&nbsp; n\u00e9gative&nbsp; dans&nbsp; l\u2019opinion&nbsp; public.&nbsp;&nbsp; Les&nbsp; risques&nbsp; psychosociaux&nbsp; colport\u00e9s&nbsp; \u00e0&nbsp; juste&nbsp; titre&nbsp; par&nbsp; les&nbsp; m\u00e9dias&nbsp; n\u2019encourage&nbsp; en&nbsp; rien&nbsp; les&nbsp; candidatures&nbsp; pour&nbsp; les demandes d\u2019emploi&nbsp; propos\u00e9es par l\u2019entreprise. &nbsp;Tout&nbsp; individu&nbsp; \u00e0&nbsp; besoin&nbsp; de&nbsp; confiance&nbsp; et&nbsp; de&nbsp; se&nbsp; reconnaitre&nbsp; dans&nbsp; les&nbsp; valeurs&nbsp; de&nbsp; l\u2019entreprise&nbsp;&nbsp; pour \u00eatre&nbsp; en&nbsp; harmonie&nbsp; dans&nbsp; sa&nbsp; vie.&nbsp; <o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/p>\n<p><em>AVANT&nbsp; DE&nbsp; TROUVER&nbsp; LE&nbsp; REMEDE&nbsp; A&nbsp; UNE&nbsp; MALADIE,&nbsp; IL&nbsp; VAUT&nbsp; MIEUX&nbsp; TROUVER &nbsp;ET&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; TRAITER&nbsp;&nbsp; LES&nbsp; CAUSES<\/em><o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9gradation du taux,&nbsp;dans les m\u00e9tiers commerciaux: situation grave et \u00e9tude en cours<\/strong><o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p>En 2010 : passage CDD en CDI = 48% de femmes ( seul point positif) = 357 recrutement de femmes; chiffre donn\u00e9 &nbsp;en s\u00e9ance<\/p>\n<p>Constat: 103 recrutements de D bis en 2010 ???<\/p>\n<p>Recrutement 2010:&nbsp; 60000 candidatures ( par agence recrutements) mais 6000 recrutements ( dont 50% apprentis et 50% CDI)<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"documents\/archives\/EgaliteProfessionelle\/indicateurs_2010.htm\" title=\"indicateurs Egalit\u00e9 professionnelle 2010\" class=\"jce_file\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/html.png\" alt=\"htm\" style=\"border: 0px; vertical-align: middle;\" class=\"jce_icon\" \/>&nbsp;Indicateurs Egalit\u00e9 professionnelle 2010<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>Par rapport \u00e0 la baisse importante&nbsp;du taux de recrutement &nbsp;des Femmes en 2010&nbsp;, pas de plan d&rsquo;action clair de la Direction, pas de visibilit\u00e9\/m\u00e9tier, pas de suivi r\u00e9gulier des chiffres<\/em><o:p><em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Au global pas assez de chiffres dans le projet d&rsquo;accord ( de transparence avec notamment un budget associ\u00e9 \u00e0 ces mesures)&nbsp;, une simple garantie cot\u00e9 Direction,&nbsp;de faire mieux que l&rsquo;accord pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p>(+ pas encore de chiffres disponibles&nbsp;sur la transformation CDD en CDI)<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>La CFE\/CGC\/UNSA&nbsp;&nbsp;demande une&nbsp;r\u00e9elle &nbsp;mixit\u00e9&nbsp; au&nbsp; niveau&nbsp; des&nbsp; recrutements!<\/strong><o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p>Le taux de f\u00e9minisation des effectifs s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 36,07% \u00e0 la fin du 1<sup>er<\/sup> semestre 2010.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les 40%, le taux de f\u00e9minisation des recrutements externes a recul\u00e9 en 2010 et atteint 31%. <o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Objectif: renforcer les efforts en mati\u00e8re de mixit\u00e9 des recrutements, tant en interne qu\u2019en externe.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p>Actions: r\u00e9daction&nbsp; des&nbsp; Annonces&nbsp; plus&nbsp; percutantes\u2026&nbsp;!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Au&nbsp; Global&nbsp; et&nbsp; comme&nbsp; dans&nbsp; de&nbsp; nombreux&nbsp; domaines&nbsp; \u00e0&nbsp; France Telecom,&nbsp;
