En 2022 (33.9h\/salari\u00e9) en raison notamment du d\u00e9ploiement du projet TEC.<\/li>\n<li>73% des heures pour les comp\u00e9tences m\u00e9tier, suivi de 20% pour le transverse et 7% pour le management.<\/li>\n<li>Non-cadres (59% des heures)&nbsp;; cadres (41%)<\/li>\n<li>Par domaine&nbsp;: client (40%) Innovation et technologie (30%) Accompagnement (19%) et support (11%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La commission a fait l\u2019analyse de ce bilan et des axes d\u2019am\u00e9lioration ou remarques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 formul\u00e9es<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u00e9velopper un nouveau mod\u00e8le de leadership centr\u00e9 sur le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences en encourageant la r\u00e9flexion des managers sur leurs propres besoins<\/li>\n<li>Intelligence artificielle (IA) aura un impact majeur sur les m\u00e9tiers de demain. Il s\u2019agit de d\u00e9terminer les quelques pistes pour s&rsquo;y pr\u00e9parer&nbsp;; au-del\u00e0 de la sensibilisation<\/li>\n<li>Insuffisance des formations Qualit\u00e9 de Vie Conditions de Travail sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Manque de transparence sur les parcours et les moyens d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux formations<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019expertise technologique et le RSE restent assez pauvres en moyens allou\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>La CFE-CGC Orange note les efforts de formation et pointe du doigt le manque de suivi de l&rsquo;appropriation r\u00e9elle des formations ainsi que l&rsquo;opacit\u00e9 autour des donn\u00e9es \u00e9conomiques lors de la pr\u00e9sentation de dossiers en instance.<\/p>\n<p>Nous souhaitons enfin que la Direction <strong>p<\/strong>renne en compte et mette en \u0153uvre les pistes d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration pertinentes propos\u00e9es par la commission emploi pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2025.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=14305;essentiel-du-cse-dorm-du-30-mai-2024&amp;catid=83;do-reunion-mayotte&amp;Itemid=260\" class=\"wf_file\">Retour \u00e0 l&rsquo;essentiel de mai<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un bilan formation 2023 Pour ce premier dossier du bloc 3, les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s sont plut\u00f4t encourageants et favorables aux salari\u00e9s.
