Et forc\u00e9ment, <strong>ce sont ceux qui restent qui trinquent<\/strong>, sans reconnaissance, sans gestion de carri\u00e8re, <strong>sans perspectives d\u2019\u00e9volution<\/strong> avec des conditions de travail qui se d\u00e9gradent.<\/p>\n<h3>Formation et gestion de carri\u00e8re<\/h3>\n<p>Concernant la formation professionnelle, on est plus sur la montagne qui accouche d\u2019une souris. C\u00f4t\u00e9 chiffres, c\u2019est le m\u00e9lange des genres entre propagande institutionnelle et r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de la formation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le saviez-vous&nbsp;? <\/strong>Les ateliers comprendre le plan \u00ab&nbsp;lead the future&nbsp;\u00bb sont comptabilis\u00e9s en temps de formation&nbsp;! Tout comme les \u00ab&nbsp;acculturations&nbsp;\u00bb IA ou RSE sans parler des modules \u00ab&nbsp;Langue Anglaise&nbsp;\u00bb\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;avis des Elus CFE-CGC \u00e0 la commission Emploi Formation : S.Rohmer\/M.Goud<\/h3>\n<p>Off-shorisation du m\u00e9tier de TSC,&nbsp;sous-traitante vers les filiales&nbsp;; fin des recrutements sur les petits sites&nbsp;; pas de relai des activit\u00e9s qui disparaissent\u2026 Comment \u00eatre d\u2019accord avec cette d\u00e9mission&nbsp;!
