{"id":23809,"date":"2024-06-18T12:13:12","date_gmt":"2024-06-18T12:13:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=23809"},"modified":"2024-06-18T12:13:12","modified_gmt":"2024-06-18T12:13:12","slug":"bilan-de-la-mise-en-oeuvre-du-projet-accueil-2-0","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2024\/06\/18\/bilan-de-la-mise-en-oeuvre-du-projet-accueil-2-0\/","title":{"rendered":"Bilan de la mise en \u0153uvre du projet Accueil 2.0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019objectif initial de ce projet visait \u00e0 offrir une \u00ab exp\u00e9rience salari\u00e9s \u00bb sans couture du digital vers l\u2019humain, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de service aux salari\u00e9s, de rendre plus attractif le m\u00e9tier de Conseiller RH \u00e0 l\u2019accueil et d\u2019\u00eatre plus efficace pour communiquer les informations aux RH et managers.<\/p>\n<p>Cette <strong>transformation<\/strong> a permis la <strong>mise en place<\/strong> du <strong>nouveau portail d\u2019informations Anoo<\/strong>, du <strong>Djingo salari\u00e9s<\/strong> ainsi que d\u2019appels sortants pour accompagner les nouveaux salari\u00e9s et managers dans leurs r\u00f4les en pr\u00e9sentant les outils et l\u2019articulation avec l\u2019Accueil 2.0.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-23808\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/rh_accueil2.0.png\" alt=\"rh accueil2.0\" width=\"495\" height=\"252\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/rh_accueil2.0.png 495w, https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/rh_accueil2.0-300x153.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 495px) 100vw, 495px\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>L\u2019analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/h4>\n<p>Depuis sa mise en place en mai 2023, le <strong>bilan<\/strong> de l\u2019Accueil 2.0 fait appara\u00eetre une <strong>meilleure gestion des flux<\/strong> avec une tr\u00e8s <strong>forte baisse du volume d\u2019appels<\/strong> 2500\/jour vs. 7700 en janvier 2023 pour les salari\u00e9s et 900\/jour vs. 2050 en janviers 2023 pour les managers, accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019une <strong>qualit\u00e9 de service (QS) en am\u00e9lioration <\/strong>de plus de 10 points.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les \u00e9lus CFE-CGC<\/strong> se f\u00e9licitent d\u2019avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 la <strong>seule organisation syndicale \u00e0 voter POUR ce projet<\/strong>.
