La vision de CTIO est d&rsquo;\u00eatre un partenaire technologique de confiance, offrant des exp\u00e9riences digitales de pointe. Pour y parvenir, six initiatives strat\u00e9giques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9es : \u00eatre digital par essence (portail e-commerce), d\u00e9livrer un IT \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de l&rsquo;art (construire une nouvelle architecture IT, NewCo), exploiter la data et l&rsquo;IA \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle (int\u00e9grer l\u2019IA au c\u0153ur de nos produits, de nos m\u00e9tiers, interactions clients, ..), renforcer la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 (int\u00e9grer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans les produits et services d\u00e8s la conception) , \u00eatre \u00e9co-responsable ( r\u00e9duire notre emprunte carbone et d\u00e9velopper l\u2019\u00e9co conception) et d\u00e9velopper les \u00e9quipes. CTIO souhaite \u00e9galement \u00e0 se concentre sur l&rsquo;accompagnement des salari\u00e9s via des programmes d&rsquo;upskilling et de reskilling, et sur l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de la collaboration entre les \u00e9quipes France et internationales<\/p>\n<h2>Notre analyse<\/h2>\n<p>Les objectifs sont nombreux et tr\u00e8s ambitieux pourtant vos \u00e9lus ne sont pas rassur\u00e9s sur la mani\u00e8re de les atteindre. Quand on sait que 70 % du budget de CTIO est consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la dette technique, on ne peut que se demander si nous avons les moyens de r\u00e9aliser tous nos objectifs et de concurrencer nos comp\u00e9titeurs d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s en avance sur nous. Les activit\u00e9s de near shoring et off shoring ne font qu\u2019accroitre cette inqui\u00e9tude, aucune feuille de route d\u00e9taill\u00e9e et chiffr\u00e9e n\u2019ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De ce constat particulier, on peut s\u2019interroger quant \u00e0 notre capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9former note SI, n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 absolue au service de l\u2019optimisation:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; des co\u00fbts (r\u00e9duire les op\u00e9rations manuelles afin de mieux ma\u00eetriser les co\u00fbts cach\u00e9s, &#8230;),<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; op\u00e9rationnelle via la simplification (rendre nos proc\u00e9dures plus fluides, faciliter l\u2019apprentissage, lib\u00e9rer de la bande passante au service de t\u00e2ches \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e plus forte, &#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; en mati\u00e8re d\u2019agilit\u00e9 dans une logique d\u2019adaptation de nos outils de gestion et proc\u00e9dures aux diff\u00e9rents business mod\u00e8les que le march\u00e9 nous impose<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CTIO, au sein d&rsquo;Orange Business, vise \u00e0 cr\u00e9er de la valeur technologique et se compose de cinq d\u00e9partements cl\u00e9s : S\u00e9curit\u00e9, Strat\u00e9gie et Transformation, Engineering, Design Authority et CIO.
