atteints<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Pour donner suite \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation du Bilan 2023 sur L\u2019Hygi\u00e8ne, la Sant\u00e9 et les Conditions de Travail, les \u00e9lus constatent que <strong>les actions de pr\u00e9vention<\/strong> tout comme les bilans chiffr\u00e9s pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par la Direction sont<strong> insuffisantes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ce rapport r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00e0 demi-mots que <strong>les objectifs fix\u00e9s sont tr\u00e8s loin d\u2019\u00eatre atteints <\/strong>que ce soient les actions de sensibilisation \u00ab&nbsp;Lutter contre le sexisme \u00bb ou de pr\u00e9vention \u00ab Pr\u00e9venir le harc\u00e8lement au travail \u00bb, <br \/> \u00ab Les gestes qui sauvent \u00bb ou encore \u00ab&nbsp;Secourisme&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des trajets accidentog\u00e8nes et de plus en plus longs<br \/><\/strong>Forte hausse des accidents de trajets notamment \u00e0 v\u00e9lo avec des cons\u00e9quences qui peuvent \u00eatre dramatiques aussi bien sur le travail que sur la vie priv\u00e9e qui peuvent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A l\u2019heure o\u00f9 la Direction s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 d\u00e9localiser <\/strong>en banlieue Parisienne les sites <strong>d\u2019Alleray<\/strong> et <strong>d\u2019Archives<\/strong> et ainsi augmenter drastiquement les temps de trajets domicile\/travail des salari\u00e9s, sa responsabilit\u00e9 d\u2019employeur est clairement engag\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Actions des \u00e9lus CFE-CGC&nbsp;:<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>La Direction convoqu\u00e9e par l\u2019Inspection du Travail.<\/strong><br \/>A la demande des \u00e9lus r\u00e9unis en intersyndicale, la Direction OW sera convoqu\u00e9e d\u00e9but septembre par l\u2019inspection du travail afin d\u2019expliquer les projets de d\u00e9m\u00e9nagements \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition sur Paris et l\u2019IDF. &nbsp;Ce sera aussi pour rappeler les obligations et responsabilit\u00e9s de l\u2019employeur sur la Sant\u00e9 et S\u00e9curit\u00e9 de son personnel et sur le dialogue social qui doit accompagner ces projets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rappelons que l\u2019entreprise est responsable<\/strong> de la sant\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de ses employ\u00e9s et que les moyens d\u2019acc\u00e8s au lieu de travail font partie int\u00e9grante de cette obligation Art L4121-1 du Code du Travail.<\/p>\n<p><a
