L&rsquo;instauration d&rsquo;un budget insuffisant et le choix d&rsquo;une r\u00e9partition individualis\u00e9e des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations ont entra\u00een\u00e9 une absence d&rsquo;augmentation pour un nombre important de salari\u00e9s m\u00e9ritants, ce qui consid\u00e9r\u00e9 par tous injuste et a mis en porte \u00e0 faux nombre de managers vis-\u00e0-vis de leurs collaborateurs. La d\u00e9cision unilat\u00e9rale du 11 mars 2024, stipule que toute mesure individuelle ou collective doit \u00eatre notifi\u00e9e. Cependant, il appara\u00eet que nombre de salari\u00e9s n&rsquo;ayant pas re\u00e7u d&rsquo;augmentation n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 priv\u00e9s de leur droit \u00e0 l&rsquo;information des motivations justifiant cette d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>De surcroit, la CFE-CGC Orange d\u00e9nonce votre d\u00e9cision d\u2019interdire aux personnels d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l&rsquo;outil \u00ab\u00a0nuage de points\u00a0\u00bb. Cet outil permet aux salari\u00e9s de conna\u00eetre leur positionnement salarial. Cette d\u00e9cision, prise sans communication pr\u00e9alable, est l\u2019expression d\u2019une volont\u00e9 de manque de transparence et de loyaut\u00e9 envers les personnels et les organisations syndicales.<\/p>\n<p>La CFE-CGC Orange estime que ces pratiques rel\u00e8vent d&rsquo;une violence sociale av\u00e9r\u00e9e qui au-del\u00e0 des risques qu\u2019elle entraine conduit \u00e0 un d\u00e9sengagement des salari\u00e9s, et \u00e0 une d\u00e9gradation de la performance et de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 cette situation, le syndicat exige l&rsquo;organisation d&rsquo;une r\u00e9union dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais.
