En 2022, les bilans r\u00e9v\u00e9laient une \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9dicalisation des situations de travail\u00a0\u00bb sans traitement des probl\u00e9matiques organisationnelles ou manag\u00e9riales.<br \/>La CFE-CGC souligne syst\u00e9matiquement l\u2019absence de pr\u00e9vention primaire, pr\u00e9sente ses analyses et propositions, laiss\u00e9es lettre morte par la direction. Comment esp\u00e9rer un meilleur r\u00e9sultat l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les MOTS FORTS des m\u00e9decins<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li><strong>\u00ab L\u2019habitude de la m\u00e9diocrit\u00e9 \u00bb<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00ab L\u2019enfer des r\u00e8gles \u00bb \u00ab fissure sociale \u00bb<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00ab Le management entre le marteau et l\u2019enclume \u00bb<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00ab Une multitude de personnes \u00e0 qui remonter les dysfonctionnements et personne pour les r\u00e9gler \u00bb<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une alerte lanc\u00e9e par les \u00e9lus du CSE<\/strong><br \/>Les \u00e9lus du CSE, en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette missive claire et criante de la m\u00e9decine et forts de leurs pr\u00e9rogatives, d\u00e9cident de lancer une alerte pour risque graves de RPS (risques psycho-sociaux) \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Analyse de la CFE CGC<\/strong><br \/>La CFE-CGC depuis la restitution du rapport triennal couvrant la p\u00e9riode 2019 \u00e0 2021 a fourni des analyses circonstanci\u00e9es et des pr\u00e9conisations d\u2019actions non honor\u00e9es \u00e0 date.
