{"id":24161,"date":"2024-10-01T08:40:03","date_gmt":"2024-10-01T08:40:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=24161"},"modified":"2024-10-01T08:40:03","modified_gmt":"2024-10-01T08:40:03","slug":"dechargez-la-mule-declaration-intersyndicale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2024\/10\/01\/dechargez-la-mule-declaration-intersyndicale\/","title":{"rendered":"D\u00e9chargez la mule d\u00e9claration intersyndicale"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Les Organisations Syndicales CFDT, CFE-CGC, CFTC, CGT , Fo Com et SUD s\u2019insurgent contre le projet de \u00ab\u00a0Plan de Sauvegarde de l\u2019Emploi\u00a0\u00bb (PSE) pour 20 % des effectifs de la filiale Viaccess-Orca, entit\u00e9 rattach\u00e9e \u00e0 Orange Innovation \/ IT&amp;S.<\/h4>\n<p>Dans ce contexte, l\u2019inqui\u00e9tude remont\u00e9e par les salari\u00e9s s\u2019accroit, les organisations syndicales&nbsp;cit\u00e9es alertent&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les salari\u00e9s doivent faire face \u00e0 un mouvement sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent de priorisations de projets qui les d\u00e9stabilisent, parfois m\u00eame malgr\u00e9 leur plan de transformation engag\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Ils doivent faire face aux restrictions budg\u00e9taires sans pr\u00e9c\u00e8dent qui impactent la qualit\u00e9 de leur travail et l\u2019avenir de certaines communaut\u00e9s.
