Elles s\u2019effectuent dans le respect des&nbsp;dispositions l\u00e9gales et r\u00e9glementaires en mati\u00e8re de temps de repos et de dur\u00e9e de travail.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;L\u2019&nbsp;accord pour tous \u00bb d\u00e9finit un contingent maximum d\u2019heures suppl\u00e9mentaires pay\u00e9es \u00e0 90h\/an\/salari\u00e9 (la limite l\u00e9gale \u00e9tant fix\u00e9e \u00e0 220h\/an\/salari\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>15 salari\u00e9s de la Direction Orange Ile de France (10 techniciens de l\u2019UCI et 5 conseillers clients AD IDF) se rapprochent du seuil d\u2019heures suppl\u00e9mentaires contingent\u00e9es sur le S1 2024 (+ de 80 heures), le contingent de 90 heures maximum sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e risque donc d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9pass\u00e9. En projection sur la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, une quarantaine de techniciens et 5 conseillers clients pourraient \u00eatre amen\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u00e9passer le contingent d\u2019heures suppl\u00e9mentaires pay\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>La Direction a demand\u00e9 l\u2019avis des Organisations Syndicales sur la pr\u00e9vision de d\u00e9passement des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires qui seront effectu\u00e9es cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019exception de Sud (vote CONTRE, 6 voix) et de la CGT (abstention avec 4 voix), la CFE-CGC Orange, F.O, CFDT et CFTC ont vot\u00e9 POUR (21 voix au total).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Analyse CFE-CGC Orange<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si les salari\u00e9s se portent volontaires, pourquoi s\u2019y opposer? Le recours aux heures suppl\u00e9mentaires doit bien rester exceptionnel pour ne pas palier \u00e0 un manque de personnel.
