Ce moment devait nous permettre de discuter du <b>calendrier, de la m\u00e9thode et du bilan<\/b>&nbsp;de l\u2019accord qui se termine le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2024. Mais malheureusement, tr\u00e8s peu d\u2019\u00e9changes constructifs ont eu lieu. Voici ce qui s\u2019est r\u00e9ellement pass\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><b>Un bilan incomplet et opaque :<\/b><\/p>\n<p>La <b>Direction<\/b>&nbsp;a refus\u00e9 de nous donner le bilan sur les <b>discriminations<\/b>. Pourtant, celui-ci confirme la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 croissante des parcours professionnels des <b>travailleurs handicap\u00e9s<\/b>&nbsp;chez Orange. Ces derniers sont <b>moins form\u00e9s<\/b>&nbsp;et <b>moins promus<\/b>&nbsp;que les autres salari\u00e9s, avec un <b>aggravement des disparit\u00e9s<\/b>&nbsp;depuis deux ans.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><b>Un calendrier impos\u00e9 :<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>La Direction a d\u00e9fini <b>unilat\u00e9ralement<\/b>&nbsp;le calendrier, dans un d\u00e9lai serr\u00e9, sans r\u00e9elle discussion ni concertation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><b>Un accord \u00e0 peine retouch\u00e9 :<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 des indicateurs loin d\u2019\u00eatre atteints (recrutements, alternants, etc.), la Direction juge l\u2019accord actuel satisfaisant et <b>ne veut pas le corriger<\/b>&nbsp;en profondeur. Un manque d\u2019engagement flagrant alors que l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 des <b>Jeux Paralympiques de Paris 2024<\/b>&nbsp;aurait pu inspirer plus de <b>courage et d\u2019audace<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Les <b>JO Paralympiques<\/b>&nbsp;nous ont rappel\u00e9 que les <b>limites physiques<\/b>&nbsp;ne d\u00e9finissent en rien les <b>comp\u00e9tences et talents<\/b>. Il est temps de <b>d\u00e9passer les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes<\/b>&nbsp;et de voir nos coll\u00e8gues handicap\u00e9s autrement !<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><b>Une n\u00e9gociation opaque :<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Lors de cette premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance, la <b>Direction<\/b>&nbsp;a <b>refus\u00e9<\/b>&nbsp;de nous communiquer le <b>budget<\/b>&nbsp;li\u00e9 \u00e0 cet accord. Un \u00e9l\u00e9ment pourtant <b>essentiel<\/b>&nbsp;pour \u00e9valuer son v\u00e9ritable engagement dans l\u2019<b>emploi et l\u2019insertion<\/b>&nbsp;des personnes en situation de handicap.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><b>Ce que nous revendiquons&nbsp;:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><b>Le maintien du TPSH<\/b>&nbsp;(Temps Partiel pour Soins et Handicap)<\/li>\n<li><b>La priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 la formation des travailleurs handicap\u00e9s<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Le renforcement des programmes de formation des managers<\/b>&nbsp;pour faire reculer les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes li\u00e9s au handicap<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<div><b>Handicap, tous concern\u00e9s !<\/b><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Ensemble, engageons-nous pour une vraie \u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances et des parcours professionnels.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Cr\u00e9dit photo: ChatGpt<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le 24 septembre dernier a eu lieu la premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance de n\u00e9gociation relative au handicap.
