Il est charg\u00e9, entre autre, de d\u00e9velopper une m\u00e9thodologie pour analyser les RPS, superviser une <strong>\u00ab\u00a0enqu\u00eate triennale sur les conditions de travail et le stress\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>, et formuler des recommandations pour am\u00e9liorer ces conditions.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate triennale, coconstruite par la Direction, les organisations syndicales et l&rsquo;expertise SECAFI, sert \u00e0 identifier les situations de stress et \u00e0 alimenter les plans d&rsquo;action RPS.<\/p>\n<p>Lors d&rsquo;une r\u00e9union en septembre 2024,<strong> la Direction d&rsquo;Orange a report\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re unilat\u00e9rale<\/strong> cette enqu\u00eate \u00e0 2025, malgr\u00e9 l&rsquo;opposition des syndicats. Ce report pourrait nuire aux efforts de pr\u00e9vention des RPS en 2025.
