{"id":24372,"date":"2024-11-12T14:16:30","date_gmt":"2024-11-12T14:16:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=24372"},"modified":"2024-11-12T14:16:30","modified_gmt":"2024-11-12T14:16:30","slug":"orange-gardens-les-reponses-de-la-direction-a-nos-questions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2024\/11\/12\/orange-gardens-les-reponses-de-la-direction-a-nos-questions\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00ab Orange Gardens \u00bb, les r\u00e9ponses de la Direction \u00e0 nos questions&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Les \u00e9lus inform\u00e9s \u2026 apr\u00e8s les salari\u00e9s !<\/h3>\n<p>Depuis avril 2024, les Directions OINIS et OWI communiquent aupr\u00e8s de ses \u00e9quipes sur les \u00ab d\u00e9m\u00e9nagements \u00bb \u00e0 venir \u00e0 la suite des fermetures des sites Alleray et Archives et le transfert de ses effectifs vers Chatillon Garden.<br \/>L\u2019inspectrice du Travail contact\u00e9e par les \u00e9lus du CSE OW rel\u00e8ve que cette absence de consultation pr\u00e9alable des instances contrevient \u00e0 l\u2019article L2312-14 du Code du travail : \u00ab les d\u00e9cisions de l&#8217;employeur sont pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9es de la consultation du comit\u00e9 social et \u00e9conomique \u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>La Direction doit r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l\u2019Inspection du Travail.<\/h3>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 convoqu\u00e9e par l\u2019Inspection du Travail sur demande des \u00e9lus, la Direction va devoir s\u2019expliquer sur les raisons, la m\u00e9thode de consultation mais \u00e9galement sur les modalit\u00e9s de mise en oeuvre et le plan de pr\u00e9vention mis en place.<\/p>\n<h3>Deux points chauds : Temps de trajet et Flex-office<\/h3>\n<p>Comme pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 par l\u2019inspectrice du travail, l\u2019allongement des temps de trajets cons\u00e9cutifs \u00e0 un changement de lieu de travail impos\u00e9 par l\u2019entreprise est susceptible de causer de risques sur la sant\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s.
