margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/orange_demain__notre_projet_pour_lavenir_de_lentreprise_-_cfe-cgc_orange.jpg 900w, https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/orange_demain__notre_projet_pour_lavenir_de_lentreprise_-_cfe-cgc_orange-300x92.jpg 300w, https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/orange_demain__notre_projet_pour_lavenir_de_lentreprise_-_cfe-cgc_orange-768x235.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 714px) 100vw, 714px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chec de la strat\u00e9gie de la nouvelle Direction d\u2019Orange, parachut\u00e9e il y a pr\u00e8s de trois ans, la CFE-CGC Orange entend proposer aux partie prenantes (Salari\u00e9s, actionnaires, etc) un autre projet d\u2019avenir : <strong>\u00ab Orange demain ! \u00bb<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet repose sur trois piliers :<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Nouvelle ambition strat\u00e9gique<\/strong> pour renforcer Orange en tant que pilier de la souverainet\u00e9 num\u00e9rique fran\u00e7aise en ma\u00eetrisant les infrastructures et les services critiques :\n<ul>\n<li>Rationaliser le march\u00e9 des op\u00e9rateurs pour pr\u00e9server la qualit\u00e9 et durabilit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau ;<\/li>\n<li>Acheter les R\u00e9seaux d\u2019Initiative Publique (RIP) pour les g\u00e9rer en interne ;<\/li>\n<li>Diversifier les services et les partenariats strat\u00e9giques, notamment dans la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, la gestion \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, et les services publics num\u00e9riques, tout en demandant un soutien accru de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat (plafonnement des dividendes, suppression de certaines taxes, et utilisation de centres d\u2019appels fran\u00e7ais).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Organisation coh\u00e9rente des op\u00e9rations<\/strong> : un vaste plan de simplification et une meilleure coop\u00e9ration entre les entit\u00e9s&nbsp;:\n<ul>\n<li>Supprimer les reportings multiples, complexes et inutiles<\/li>\n<li>Harmoniser les statuts des personnels;<\/li>\n<li>Centraliser les outils et services internes pour \u00e9viter les doublons et am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>Renforcer la Responsabilit\u00e9 Sociale et Environnementale (RSE), notamment en sensibilisant les clients \u00e0 une consommation plus raisonn\u00e9e des donn\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Projet social pour valoriser les personnels, <\/strong>premier atout de l\u2019entreprise&nbsp;!\n<ul>\n<li>Am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail par la flexibilit\u00e9 du temps et lieu de travail ;<\/li>\n<li>Encourager le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences via une mobilit\u00e9 s\u00e9curis\u00e9e entre m\u00e9tiers ;<\/li>\n<li>Reconna\u00eetre et promouvoir les talents gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une politique de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration plus coh\u00e9rente et des dispositifs de formation dipl\u00f4mante.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Le projet&nbsp;<strong>\u00ab Orange demain ! \u00bb,<\/strong> fruit de 20 ans d\u2019engagement au service du fleuron fran\u00e7ais des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications, est la conviction qu\u2019un autre chemin est possible pour instaurer un cadre de travail motivant, coh\u00e9rent et respectueux et ainsi assurer un avenir durable et prosp\u00e8re pour Orange et ses personnels, au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de la Nation.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/orange_demain_notre_projet_pour_lavenir_de_lentreprise_cfe-cgc_orange_2024.pdf\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-24381\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/3_piliers_strategie_operationnel_social_orange_demain_cfe-cgc_orange.png\" alt=\"3 piliers strategie operationnel social orange demain cfe cgc orange\" width=\"375\" height=\"387\" style=\"display: block;
