Le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent plan de 2022 a entrain\u00e9 le d\u00e9part de 7 600 personnes. La Direction avait promis 8 000 recrutements en contrepartie.<\/p>\n<p>Mais la crainte d\u2019une surcharge de travail pour les salari\u00e9s restants est palpable.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 les assurances de la direction sur de futurs recrutements, la tension demeure \u00e9lev\u00e9e, avec des salari\u00e9s stress\u00e9s et parfois en d\u00e9tresse.
