Il s\u2019agit d\u2019orienter les salari\u00e9s vers les dispositifs de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences r\u00e9pondant aux priorit\u00e9s de l&rsquo;entreprise, pour renforcer leur expertise ou accompagner leur \u00e9volution vers les nouveaux m\u00e9tiers. Les chiffres cl\u00e9s 2025 affichent une \u00e9volution positive par rapport \u00e0 2024.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nb d&rsquo;heures de formation par salari\u00e9&nbsp;: 28,6h (27,7 en 2024)<\/li>\n<li>Nombre d\u2019heures total&nbsp;: 23349 (22942 en 2024)<\/li>\n<li>Taux d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation &gt; 84%<\/li>\n<li>71% en interne et 29% en externe<\/li>\n<li>53% en pr\u00e9sentiel et 47% en distanciel<\/li>\n<li>4360 h sur les comp\u00e9tences strat\u00e9giques \u00ab&nbsp;lead the future&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;;13766 h sur les comp\u00e9tences business et 5223 h sur les comp\u00e9tences transverses et support<\/li>\n<li>Par domaine&nbsp;: 10931 h (Clients) 7152 h (Innovation et technologie) 1944 h (Support) et 3322 h (Accompagnement)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Comme les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, la Direction n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure de nous fournir le budget allou\u00e9 \u00e0 la formation, laissant entendre que cette donn\u00e9e est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme n\u00e9gligeable ou non essentielle \u00e0 communiquer.
