En t\u00e9moigne la baisse de participation des salari\u00e9s \u00e0 la Semaine du handicap. Face \u00e0 ce constat, la commission encourage la Direction \u00e0 engager une r\u00e9flexion pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 ce d\u00e9ficit de notori\u00e9t\u00e9. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, l\u2019environnement de travail reconna\u00eet les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la promotion de ce sujet et invite les membres de la commission \u00e0 s\u2019impliquer dans les rencontres et actions men\u00e9es. Cette implication permettrait de mieux comprendre les obstacles op\u00e9rationnels et d\u2019identifier des leviers pour faire avancer cette cause.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Certes, des difficult\u00e9s existent, mais force est de constater qu\u2019aucune am\u00e9lioration significative n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es sur les indicateurs cl\u00e9s. Le plus pr\u00e9occupant reste le taux d\u2019emploi des personnes en situation de handicap, qui plafonne \u00e0 3,88 %, bien loin du seuil r\u00e9glementaire fix\u00e9 \u00e0 6 %. Pire encore, m\u00eame \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle d\u2019Orange France, cet indicateur demeure en de\u00e7\u00e0 des exigences l\u00e9gales.
