Ces d\u00e9cisions sont prises avec une brutalit\u00e9 m\u00e9connue des d\u00e9cideurs eux-m\u00eames.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Une gouvernance financi\u00e8re d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9e :<\/strong>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Les dividendes vers\u00e9s aux actionnaires d\u00e9passent les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices r\u00e9els, ce qui entra\u00eene un \u00e9puisement des r\u00e9serves financi\u00e8res.<\/li>\n<li>Cette strat\u00e9gie rappelle l\u2019\u00e9poque Didier Lombard (2006-2009), o\u00f9 l\u2019augmentation des dividendes primait, m\u00eame au d\u00e9triment de la stabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique de l\u2019entreprise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p>on verse plus de dividendes que nous faisons de b\u00e9n\u00e9fice<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Pratiques RH contestables :<\/strong>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>R\u00e9introduction des augmentations salariales \u00e0 0 % dans un contexte inflationniste, une mesure qui touche durement les cadres moyens et leurs familles.<\/li>\n<li>Augmentation des actions gratuites pour les dirigeants, attribu\u00e9es selon des crit\u00e8res moins transparents qu\u2019auparavant, ce qui alimente un sentiment d\u2019injustice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Cons\u00e9quences humaines alarmantes :<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Trois suicides ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recens\u00e9s depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, accompagn\u00e9s de 40 incidents graves sur deux ans, incluant des tentatives de suicide et des accidents graves.
