La politique de d\u00e9veloppement s&rsquo;articule autour de 4 axes majeurs&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences&nbsp;en 3 grandes th\u00e9matiques :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; Comp\u00e9tences strat\u00e9giques <em>Lead The Future<\/em> en soutien des nouveaux business et port\u00e9es par une nouvelle culture manag\u00e9riale<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Comp\u00e9tences business propres au m\u00e9tier d\u2019op\u00e9rateur t\u00e9l\u00e9com<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Comp\u00e9tences transversales et support en soutien des modes de travail.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9pondre aux besoins de :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; Culture (<em>As a culture)&nbsp;<\/em>: acculturer les salari\u00e9s sur les fondamentaux qui leur permettront de relever les d\u00e9fis business<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Outil \/ m\u00e9thode (<em>As a tool<\/em>) : faire acqu\u00e9rir aux salari\u00e9s de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences hors cadre m\u00e9tier mais essentielles \u00e0 son exercice<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; M\u00e9tier (<em>As a job<\/em>)&nbsp;: programme de renforcement d\u2019expertise m\u00e9tier ou pour \u00e9voluer vers d\u2019autres m\u00e9tiers<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une offre de formation cibl\u00e9e, pro-active et pilot\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Une gouvernance adapt\u00e9e pour assurer la bonne mise en \u0153uvre de la politique formation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Priorit\u00e9s par domaines :<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Grand Public : parcours de professionnalisation en relation client, connaissance et valorisation des offres relais de croissance er multiservices (services financiers et d\u2019assurances), maitrise des process, des outils et du SI<\/li>\n<li>Parnasse : \u00ab&nbsp;<em>incarner et mettre en \u0153uvre l\u2019Excellence client premium au travers de l\u2019art du pitch<\/em>\u00bb (\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Entreprises : renforcement des comp\u00e9tences en vente et services, avec un accent sur la RSE et les technologies \u00e9mergentes (cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, Intelligence Artificielle)<\/li>\n<li>DTSI et Intervention : int\u00e9grer les \u00e9volutions li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019automatisation, l\u2019Intelligence Artificielle (IA) et la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, d\u00e9velopper les expertises et les parcours vers les m\u00e9tiers techniques<\/li>\n<li>RH : consolidation des comp\u00e9tences par l\u2019appr\u00e9hension des outils digitaux et la maitrise des notions de performance, de business t\u00e9l\u00e9com et finance<\/li>\n<li>Finance : d\u00e9veloppement de la posture partenaire par la communication et le conseil, renforcement des comp\u00e9tences Data (science et visualisation), IA G\u00e9n\u00e9rative, automatisation<\/li>\n<li>Communication : d\u00e9veloppement de la communication d\u2019influence, de la compr\u00e9hension du Business Orange et innovations technologiques, sensibilisation \u00e0 la communication responsable, acculturation \u00e0 l\u2019IA G\u00e9n\u00e9rative<\/li>\n<li>Achats : d\u00e9veloppement de la posture partenaire, de la RSE, de la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler en mode projet, acquisition des techniques d\u2019approvisionnement, acculturation \u00e0 l\u2019IA G\u00e9n\u00e9rative<\/li>\n<li>Immobilier : int\u00e9gration de la RSE, renforcement des comp\u00e9tences financi\u00e8res, d\u00e9veloppement de la position de prestataire de services et du pilotage de prestataires immobiliers<\/li>\n<li>En transverse : la poursuite du d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences manag\u00e9riales par la culture Groupe et les programmes sp\u00e9cifiques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Information Les orientations Formation et D\u00e9veloppement des Comp\u00e9tences pour 2024-2026 visent \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux enjeux strat\u00e9giques du groupe en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences.
