{"id":24566,"date":"2024-12-17T07:05:28","date_gmt":"2024-12-17T07:05:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=24566"},"modified":"2024-12-17T07:05:28","modified_gmt":"2024-12-17T07:05:28","slug":"consultation-generale-des-dossiers-rh-du-bloc-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2024\/12\/17\/consultation-generale-des-dossiers-rh-du-bloc-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Consultation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des dossiers RH du bloc 3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Le bloc 3 : un bilan globalement mauvais<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les bilans et rapports annuels des dossiers du bloc 3 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s aux \u00e9lus entre mai et novembre 2024.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bilan emploi 2023<\/strong>&nbsp;: avis n\u00e9gatif<\/p>\n<p>In\u00e9luctablement depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es l\u2019effectif de la DORM baisse (-17 CDI 2023 vs 2022)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bilan social 2023<\/strong> : avis n\u00e9gatif<\/p>\n<p>Tendance \u00e0 la baisse constante de la politique emploi depuis les trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es et une baisse significative des promotions en 2023 (Vs 2022 &amp; 2021).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bilan formation 2023<\/strong>&nbsp;: avis positif<\/p>\n<p>Les efforts r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur les heures de formation en phase avec les objectifs du Groupe, aucune donn\u00e9e budg\u00e9taire ne nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9e malgr\u00e9 nos relances r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bilan des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires 2023<\/strong>&nbsp;: RAS<\/p>\n<p>Le constat est une baisse des HS vs 2022.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rapport Plan Emploi Comp\u00e9tence Bilan 2023<\/strong>&nbsp;: avis positif<\/p>\n<p>Idem remarque formation<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rapport \u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle 2023&nbsp;<\/strong>: avis n\u00e9gatif<\/p>\n<p>Ecart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration homme\/femme persistant, taux de f\u00e9minisation ne progresse pas, les recrutements externes sont plus favorables aux hommes\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rapport Handicap 2023<\/strong>&nbsp;: avis n\u00e9gatif<\/p>\n<p>Aucune am\u00e9lioration du taux d\u2019emploi de personnes en situation de handicap localement (3,88% et 5,75 % au niveau national)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plan de formation 2025<\/strong>&nbsp;: avis positif<\/p>\n<p>Programme ambitieux align\u00e9 sur les objectifs du groupe n\u00e9anmoins aucun d\u00e9tail de mise en \u0153uvre pour assurer cette politique affich\u00e9e. Les heures adress\u00e9es \u00e0 la formation sont en augmentation par rapport \u00e0 2024.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Compte tenu des nombreux constats n\u00e9gatifs et des r\u00e9serves exprim\u00e9es, la CFE-CGC Orange ne peut que se positionner CONTRE la politique sociale.
