{"id":2457,"date":"2011-03-28T14:39:27","date_gmt":"2011-03-28T14:39:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=2457"},"modified":"2011-03-28T14:39:27","modified_gmt":"2011-03-28T14:39:27","slug":"reorganisations-tous-azimuts-au-ccues-des-14-et-15-mars","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2011\/03\/28\/reorganisations-tous-azimuts-au-ccues-des-14-et-15-mars\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9organisations tous azimuts au CCUES des 14 et 15 mars"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\">Apr\u00e8s les drames de 2009 et la p\u00e9riode de calme qui s\u2018en est suivie, FT a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de reprendre sa strat\u00e9gie de r\u00e9organisations tous azimuts avec des projets qui s\u2019enchainent Ccues apr\u00e8s Ccues.<\/span><br \/><span face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\">Apr\u00e8s la m\u00e9ga r\u00e9organisation Orange France pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e en janvier et f\u00e9vrier (ex OPF, pour ceux qui suivent), lors du CCUES de mars ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s la r\u00e9organisation de la DRH groupe (qualifi\u00e9e \u2013 \u00e0 juste titre- de parfaitement \u00e9sot\u00e9rique par la CGT), + la prise de participation \u00e0 hauteur de 100% de la CET (Photo Stations \u2013 Photo Services), qui se traduira in\u00e9vitablement par la fermeture de points de vente en cas de trop grande proximit\u00e9 avec des Boutiques FT (ou manque de rentabilit\u00e9&nbsp;?) + l\u2019\u00e9volution du March\u00e9 entreprises qui fait suite \u00e0 la m\u00e9ga r\u00e9forme MEF qui avait \u00e0 peine fini de s\u00e9cher,\u2026<\/span>Si on rajoute \u00e0 cela un projet pudiquement d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 exploration d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s avec Deutsch Telecom derri\u00e8re lequel (m\u00eame s\u2019il n\u2019y a pas de lien direct) on voit se profiler l\u2019ombre de la scission de FT demand\u00e9e par l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 de r\u00e9gulation de la Concurrence, on ne peut qu\u2019avoir des craintes par rapport \u00e0 tout ces mouvements browniens, m\u00eame si a priori et dans l\u2019imm\u00e9diat, la brutalit\u00e9 semble moins de mise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard du personnel par rapport aux ann\u00e9es sombres de l\u2019\u00e8re Lombard\/Wennes.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
