Pr\u00e8s de 1000 salari\u00e9s ont r\u00e9pondu et l\u2019ensemble des items QVCT continuent de se d\u00e9grader&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p>1 r\u00e9pondant sur 3 n\u2019est pas satisfait de sa situation professionnelle \u00e0 OFS<\/p>\n<p>Plus de 8 salari\u00e9s sur 10 jugent les effets du travail en flex office n\u00e9gativement :<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019engagement des salari\u00e9s d\u2019OFS recule de 6 points par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la d\u00e9gradation de la qualit\u00e9 de vie et conditions de travail sur OFS, la direction pr\u00e9sente un \u00ab&nbsp;plan d\u2019action&nbsp;\u00bb. Il tient en 3 points succincts<\/p>\n<p><strong>La Charge de travail<\/strong>&nbsp;: mise en place d\u2019ateliers sur ce th\u00e8me pour les managers, formations sur l\u2019autor\u00e9gulation, m\u00e9t\u00e9o anonyme\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les Conditions de travail<\/strong> : diffusion d\u2019informations sur les Trouble Musculo Squelettique chartre du bien vivre ensemble, calls salari\u00e9s sur le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail \u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>La Discrimination<\/strong> : envoi aux salari\u00e9s de newsletters \u2026<\/p>\n<h3>Analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/h3>\n<p>Les \u00e9lus de la CFE-CGC du CSE OFS d\u00e9plorent une nouvelle fois le manque d\u2019ambition et l\u2019absence de moyens allou\u00e9s par la Direction \u00e0 son plan d\u2019action&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Des actions non d\u00e9taill\u00e9es sans objectifs quantitatifs et\/ou qualitatifs<\/li>\n<li>Aucune mesure de pr\u00e9vention primaire afin de combattre le risque \u00e0 sa source (par exemple la mise \u00e0 disposition d\u2019\u00e9crans d\u00e9port\u00e9s, de souris ergonomiques pour les t\u00e9l\u00e9travailleurs, l\u2019adaptation des objectifs d\u2019entreprise aux effectifs mobilis\u00e9s etc\u2026).<\/li>\n<li>Aucun budget d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux actions d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la QVCT<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Des actions qui reposent uniquement sur \u00ab&nbsp;la bonne volont\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb et la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation des salari\u00e9s \u00e0 leur charge de travail, sans tenir compte de la sant\u00e9 au sens de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/codes\/article_lc\/LEGIARTI000043893923\">l\u2019article L.4121-3<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour la CFE-CGC, la direction OFS doit adapter le travail aux salari\u00e9s et non l\u2019inverse&nbsp;!<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9lus du CSEE ont formalis\u00e9 un tableau des \u00ab&nbsp;actions&nbsp;\u00bb \u00e9voqu\u00e9es en s\u00e9ance.
