Ce sont les conclusions de l\u2019enqu\u00eate externe effectu\u00e9e \u00e0 la demande des repr\u00e9sentants CFE-CGC\/UNSA du CHSCT Paris Sud Est 1. Des solutions existent et les personnels ont montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;ils ont les qualit\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaires pour contribuer au changement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 3.65pt 0.0001pt 9.9pt; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 3.65pt 0.0001pt 10pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: red;\">\u25ba <b>D\u00e8s Novembre 2009, nous avons alert\u00e9 la direction<\/b> sur le cas de coll\u00e8gues nerveusement et physiquement \u00e9puis\u00e9s par des m\u00e9thodes de management insupportables et des mobilit\u00e9s forc\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6pt 3.7pt 0.0001pt 9.9pt; text-align: justify;\">Les conclusions de cette enqu\u00eate \u00e9taient pr\u00e9visibles&nbsp;: elles montrent que le malaise est largement partag\u00e9, elles \u00e9tablissent clairement le lien avec les conditions et l\u2019organisation du travail. La direction ne peut plus le nier. Maintenant il faut agir&nbsp;!<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6pt 3.7pt 6pt 9.9pt; text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"color: blue;\">Les causes sont nombreuses<\/span><\/b><b><span style=\"color: blue;\"><br \/><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Qualit\u00e9 dans le travail impossible<\/li>\n<li> Absence de support op\u00e9rationnel et RH<\/li>\n<li> Manque de reconnaissance et d\u2019autonomie<\/li>\n<li> Ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi par absence de visibilit\u00e9 sur le futur<\/li>\n<li> Complexit\u00e9 et incoh\u00e9rences du SI inadapt\u00e9 au m\u00e9tier de RSC<\/li>\n<li> Appauvrissement des comp\u00e9tences en production et SAV d\u00fb aux mobilit\u00e9s et d\u00e9parts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Au total une d\u00e9ficience de l&rsquo;organisation stressante pour les personnels. Mais le rapport fait de nombreuses propositions pour instaurer des conditiions de travail acceptables et<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 3.65pt 6pt 9.9pt; text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"color: blue;\">Les ressources existent dans nos \u00e9quipes pour construire des solutions<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: blue;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> La solidarit\u00e9 et l\u2019entraide<\/span><span style=\"color: red;\"> <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li> La richesse des exp\u00e9riences et des comp\u00e9tences<\/li>\n<li> L\u2019attachement au m\u00e9tier exerc\u00e9<\/li>\n<li> L\u2019intelligence mise en \u0153uvre au quotidien pour surmonter les obstacles<ins cite=\"mailto:IJLA5485\" datetime=\"2011-04-01T15:42\"><\/ins><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 3.65pt 0.0001pt 10pt; text-align: justify;\">A la demande du CHSCT, le rapport sera envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 3.65pt 0.0001pt 10pt; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 3.65pt 0.0001pt 10pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>La CFE-C<\/b><b>GC\/UNSA revendique<\/b><b> :<\/b><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-right: 3.65pt; text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"color: blue;\"> <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 3.65pt 0.0001pt 10pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: red;\">\u25ba <span style=\"color: #000000;\">La direction doit <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">en urgence<\/span> mettre en place un plan d\u2019actions pour am\u00e9liorer les conditions de travail et l\u2019organisation en tenant compte des comp\u00e9tences et des attentes des salari\u00e9s qui se sont exprim\u00e9s dans le cadre de cette enqu\u00eate et de la refondation sociale.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 3.65pt 0.0001pt 10pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: red;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; color: red;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Malaise et stress au sein de l\u2019USC IDF pour les Assistant(e)s Services Clients, les Responsables services clients et les Responsables d\u2019\u00e9quipe.
