Un des points de vigilance est le maillage g\u00e9ographique et&nbsp; la proximit\u00e9 avec la localisation des salari\u00e9s. Pour une entreprise \u00e0 implantation nationale, le choix des collecteurs ne pourra se faire sans ce crit\u00e8re -pour \u00e9viter des zones mal ou non desservies en Action Logement- <strong><\/strong>et la prise en compte du poids du regroupement le plus adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise.<strong><\/p>\n<p>La CFE-CGC-UNSA ne cesse de replacer le logement comme un droit fondamental pour les salari\u00e9s.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Ce droit est rogn\u00e9 au fil des ann\u00e9es, le ex-1% patronal ( cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 1943 ) ne repr\u00e9sente est pass\u00e9 de <strong>1% \u00e0 0,45%<\/strong> de la <strong>masse salariale<\/strong>. L&rsquo;Etat met la maindans lesxs poches des salari\u00e9s&nbsp; sur cette contribution pour financer son propre budget.
