Un rapport qui constate des avanc\u00e9es plut\u00f4t minces.<\/p>\n<p>Quelque 230 accords ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9s entre fin 2009 et octobre 2010, mais les textes qui comportent un \u00ab engagement pr\u00e9cis de la direction \u00bb sont minoritaires. Pourtant, Herv\u00e9 Lanouzi\u00e8re, conseiller \u00e0 la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du travail, se r\u00e9jouit d&rsquo;un changement des mentalit\u00e9s : \u00ab Nous avons le sentiment qu&rsquo;une vraie dynamique s&rsquo;est install\u00e9e dans les entreprises. Il y a une prise de conscience. On n&rsquo;est plus dans le d\u00e9ni, les gens cherchent maintenant des solutions. \u00bb&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8230;Pourtant, France T\u00e9l\u00e9com travaille sur la pr\u00e9vention des risques psycho-sociaux, souligne Pierre Morville, d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 central du syndicat des cadres CFE-CGC et de l&rsquo;UNSA : \u00ab Il y a eu ce vaste champ de n\u00e9gociations qui a significativement fait progresser le d\u00e9bat sur la question du stress au travail et des malaises au travail.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Des mesures tr\u00e8s concr\u00e8tes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises par le PDG de France T\u00e9l\u00e9com, St\u00e9phane Richard. D&rsquo;abord la fin des mobilit\u00e9s forc\u00e9es, qui \u00e9taient un facteur de stress important ! On demandait aux gens de changer de vie ou de changer de m\u00e9tier de fa\u00e7on incessante. Ensuite, la fin des fermetures des sites qui accompagnaient ces mobilit\u00e9s forc\u00e9es. Et enfin, la reprise de l&#8217;embauche.
