{"id":2678,"date":"2011-05-04T14:48:31","date_gmt":"2011-05-04T14:48:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=2678"},"modified":"2011-05-04T14:48:31","modified_gmt":"2011-05-04T14:48:31","slug":"orange-france-la-cfe-cgc-unsa-signe-l-accord-sur-l-egalite-professionnelle-a-ofsa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2011\/05\/04\/orange-france-la-cfe-cgc-unsa-signe-l-accord-sur-l-egalite-professionnelle-a-ofsa\/","title":{"rendered":"Orange France : La CFE-CGC\/UNSA signe l\u2019accord sur l\u2019egalit\u00e9 professionnelle \u00e0 OFSA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La n\u00e9gociation&nbsp;de l&rsquo;accord portant sur l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle \u00e0 OFSA, qui a pris fin la semaine derniere s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e dans une atmosph\u00e8re de dialogue entre la Direction et les diff\u00e9rentes organisations syndicales<\/p>\n<p>Nous constatons une progression constante depuis 2005, mais l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 Homme\/Femme en terme de remun\u00e9ration et de parcours reste l&rsquo;objectif \u00e0 atteindre.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/Accord_Egalit_OFSA_2011.pdf\" class=\"jce_file\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/pdf.png\" alt=\"pdf\" style=\"border: 0px; vertical-align: middle;\" class=\"jce_icon\" \/><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/Accord_Egalit_OFSA_2011.pdf\" class=\"jce_file\">&nbsp;Accord sur l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 pro \u00e0 OFSA 2011<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Les avanc\u00e9es de cet accord:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un correspondant \u00e9galit\u00e9 national qui s&rsquo;appuiera sur des r\u00e9f\u00e9rents locaux qui se trouveront dans chaques entit\u00e9.
