Certes, les entreprises cherchent bien \u00e0 \u00ab comprendre la probl\u00e9matique des risques psycho-sociaux \u00bb et \u00e0 \u00ab identifier les causes \u00bb. Mais les mesures concr\u00e8tes sont rares, de m\u00eame que les accords qui comportent \u00ab un engagement pr\u00e9cis de la direction \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le stress au travail co\u00fbte pourtant 2 \u00e0 3 milliards d&rsquo;euros chaque ann\u00e9e en France, selon une \u00e9tude de l&rsquo;Institut National de Recherche et de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 (INRS). Selon cette m\u00eame \u00e9tude, 4 salari\u00e9s sur 10 en souffrent, et m\u00eame 57% des cadres sup\u00e9rieurs. Avec des r\u00e9percussions sur la sant\u00e9 : 37% des salari\u00e9s se disent tr\u00e8s fatigu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00ab Des objectifs hors normes demand\u00e9s au personnel \u00bb<\/h4>\n<p>Depuis plusieurs mois, des mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en place \u00e0 France T\u00e9l\u00e9com : arr\u00eat des fermetures de sites, des suppressions d&#8217;emplois et des mobilit\u00e9s forc\u00e9es pour les cadres. Pourtant, <strong>S\u00e9bastien Crozier<\/strong>, qui y est d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 syndical <strong>CFE\/CGC\/UNSA,<\/strong> d\u00e9plore <em>\u00ab des zones o\u00f9 la tension est encore palpable. Pour pouvoir verser 11 milliards de dividendes en 3 ans \u00e0 nos actionnaires,il est demand\u00e9 au personnel des objectifs commerciaux hors normes, qui peuvent encore \u00eatre source de stress.
