2 468 conseillers clients ont \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019offre OPEN.<\/p>\n

La dur\u00e9e de la formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 de 4h30 pour les CCO et de 5h00 pour les AVSC. La direction \u00e9voque un taux de satisfaction de 92%.<\/p>\n

La CFE-CGC\/UNSA fait remarquer que les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de sondage avanc\u00e9s par la direction doivent \u00eatre pond\u00e9r\u00e9s par les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de sondage suivants <\/p>\n

La CFE-CGC\/UNSA a revendiqu\u00e9 et obtenu :<\/b><\/p>\n

– La mise en plan d\u2019action afin que l\u2019ensemble des conseillers clients et responsables d\u2019\u00e9quipe aient une formation adapt\u00e9e !<\/b><\/p>\n

– La prise en compte des pr\u00e9conisations des diff\u00e9rents CHSCT<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/b><\/p>\n

La CFE-CGC\/UNSA a aussi interrog\u00e9 la direction sur : <\/b><\/p>\n

–  la r\u00e9internalisation des flux confi\u00e9e \u00e0 80% \u00e0 des centres externes,  avec l\u2019embauche de nouveaux salari\u00e9s<\/b><\/p>\n
