Il marque un recul important sur ce que la loi pouvait laisser esp\u00e9rer. C\u2019est une r\u00e9gression, apr\u00e8s des d\u00e9clarations pourtant bien t\u00e9m\u00e9raires.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ofce.sciences-po.fr\/pages-chercheurs\/milewski.htm\">Fran\u00e7oise Milewski<\/a>, chercheur \u00e0 l&rsquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ofce.sciences-po.fr\/index.htm\">OFCE<\/a> (Centre de recherche en \u00e9conomie de Sciences Po) d\u00e9marre ainsi son<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ofce.sciences-po.fr\/clair&amp;net\/clair&amp;net-89.htm\"> article <\/a>explicitant en quoi l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale entre les hommes et les femmes ne sera pas am\u00e9lior\u00e9e par les derniers dispositifs l\u00e9gislatifs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La question a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9e dans le cadre de la loi sur la r\u00e9forme des retraites (!!!). Le r\u00f4le de la n\u00e9gociation est minimis\u00e9, et les sanctions d&rsquo;entreprises tr\u00e8s peu probables.
