c&rsquo;est le m\u00eame niveau que celui de 2011. 85% en taux d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s.<br \/>Focus pour les salari\u00e9s en situation de handicap \u2013 les seniors (R\u00e9duction de l&rsquo;\u00e9cart entre seniors et autres salari\u00e9s en termes de formation).<br \/>\u2013 la GPEC.(Gestion Previsionnelle de l&#8217;emploi et des competences) <br \/>Le contrat social : une composante cl\u00e9 de conqu\u00eates 2015 en France<br \/>Managers et salari\u00e9s : \u00e9laboration de plans individuels de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences.<br \/>\u00c9coles m\u00e9tiers : d\u00e9finit le cadre commun de formation et anime les responsables des \u00e9coles m\u00e9tiers.<br \/>Orange Campus en charge de l&rsquo;ensemble des formations manag\u00e9riales.<br \/>Fili\u00e8re RH : formation des responsables Ressources Humaines, des conseillers d&rsquo;Orange Avenirs pour que la fonction RH soit en mesure d&rsquo;accompagner le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences des salari\u00e9s.<br \/>La majorit\u00e9 des Offres de formation demeure les m\u00eames que celles qui figurent dans les orientations 2011.<br \/>(Nouveaut\u00e9s : pas vraiment, sauf Coach num\u00e9rique et si r\u00e9orgs.<br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">En r\u00e9sum\u00e9 <\/span>: orientations riches et ambitieuses &#8211;
