Un an apr\u00e8s la mise en \u0153uvre du nouveau contrat social visant \u00e0 transformer le climat interne, le DRH de France T\u00e9l\u00e9com-Orange pr\u00e9sentait les r\u00e9sultats du barom\u00e8tre social r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au 1er semestre 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Des signaux positifs<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;.Autre satisfaction\u202f: le nombre d&rsquo;arr\u00eats maladie de courte dur\u00e9e aurait aussi diminu\u00e9 entre\u202f2009 et\u202f2010. \u00ab\u202fFrance T\u00e9l\u00e9com est une entreprise qui s&rsquo;apaise\u202f\u00bb, a r\u00e9sum\u00e9 le DRH. Un enthousiasme temp\u00e9r\u00e9 par les syndicats\u202f: \u00ab\u202fLa direction crie victoire un peu vite. Selon lui, si l&rsquo;arr\u00eat des suppressions d&#8217;emplois, des fermetures de sites et des mobilit\u00e9s forc\u00e9s a d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu un impact sur le moral des salari\u00e9s, \u00ab\u202fd&rsquo;autres mesures du contrat social sont appliqu\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s disparate selon les sites.
