En six mois, la moiti\u00e9 sont pass\u00e9s par ses formations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est avec le barom\u00eatre social, le projet phare de la refondation&nbsp;de la dynamique sociale d&rsquo;Orange\u00a0\u00bb commente Bruno Mettling, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral adjoint du groupe, charg\u00e9 des ressources humaines. Programme de formation \u00ab\u00a0mont\u00e9 en urgence pour sortir de la crise sociale\u00a0\u00bb, Orange Campus est destin\u00e9 aux 20 000 managers (sur 100 000 salari\u00e9s) du groupe.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;\u00ab\u00a0Notre&nbsp; nouveau contrat social passe par lerenforcement de la communaut\u00e9 manag\u00e9riale\u00a0\u00bb souligne Bruno Mettling.
