Malheureusement la suite des \u00e9v\u00e9nements nous a donn\u00e9e raison. <\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><p><span style=\"font-size: 8.5pt; color: black; font-family: Helvetica;\">Alors que nous pensions&nbsp;voir arriver la Direction avec un projet aboutit d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration, nous n&rsquo;avons pu que constater lors des premi\u00e8res s\u00e9ances qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;en n&rsquo;\u00e9tait rien. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 8.5pt; color: black; font-family: Helvetica;\">La&nbsp;Direction&nbsp;\u00e9tait dans l&rsquo;incapacit\u00e9 de nous dire, \u00e0 minima, sous quelle forme juridique se ferait l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration et encore moins&nbsp;la date effective de cette int\u00e9gration&nbsp;!<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 8.5pt; color: black; font-family: Helvetica;\">Face \u00e0 cette situation, nous lui avons signifi\u00e9 &nbsp;qu\u2019il \u00e9tait inadmissible de n\u2019avoir rien de concret apr\u00e8s 3 mois de n\u00e9gociations st\u00e9riles. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8.5pt; color: black; font-family: Helvetica;\">La Direction a donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de suspendre les n\u00e9gociations afin de revenir vers les organisations syndicales avec un projet correctement construit. Nous \u00e9tions alors au mois de Janvier 2012\u2026. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8.5pt; color: black; font-family: Helvetica;\"><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8.5pt; color: black; font-family: Helvetica;\">Trois &nbsp;mois se sont \u00e9coul\u00e9s depuis et, cette p\u00e9riode de vide juridique, n&rsquo;a pas manqu\u00e9e de susciter de nombreuses interrogations des salari\u00e9s sur leur avenirs et leurs conditions de travail.&nbsp;&nbsp;Suite \u00e0 la dissolution du CE OFSA, qui lui, a bien pris effet au lendemain des \u00e9lections professionnelle du 22 novembre 2011, vous \u00eates nombreux \u00e0 nous avoir remont\u00e9 vos&nbsp;inqui\u00e9tudes&nbsp;: A quel CE sommes nous rattach\u00e9s&nbsp;? Qui sont nos repr\u00e9sentants du personnel&nbsp;? Mes droits restent-ils les m\u00eames&nbsp;? Que se passera- t- il si je quitte OFSA?\u2026<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 8.5pt; color: black; font-family: Helvetica;\">Autant d\u2019interrogations rest\u00e9es sans r\u00e9ponses. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8.5pt; color: black; font-family: Helvetica;\">La CFE-CGC\/UNSA a \u00e9galement alert\u00e9, \u00e0&nbsp;plusieurs reprises, la Direction sur les situations ubuesques que cela provoquait&nbsp;sur le terrain,&nbsp;notamment, lorsqu&rsquo;un salari\u00e9 souhaitait faire une mobilit\u00e9, g\u00e9ographique ou non, en dehors de la filiale. En effet, le parcours des salari\u00e9s en mobilit\u00e9 n&rsquo;est absolument pas s\u00e9curis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 8.5pt; color: black; font-family: Helvetica;\">La Direction restant muette face aux questions de vos repr\u00e9sentants, la CFE-CGC\/UNSA a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019envoyer un courrier \u00e0 la DRH pour lui demander la reprise imm\u00e9diate des n\u00e9gociations. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 8.5pt; color: black; font-family: Helvetica;\">T\u00e9l\u00e9chargez le courrier de la CFE-CGC\/UNSA<\/span> : <a class=\"jce_file\" href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/Courrier_de_relance_des_negociations_d_integration_salaris_OFSA.pdf\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-12\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/pdf.png\" alt=\"pdf\" style=\"border: 0px; vertical-align: middle;\" class=\"jce_icon\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/>&nbsp;Courrier demande de relance des n\u00e9gociations d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration des salari\u00e9s OFSA<\/a> <span style=\"font-size: 8.5pt; color: black; font-family: Helvetica;\"><\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 8.5pt; color: black; font-family: Helvetica;\">Suite \u00e0 ce courrier, la Direction a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de revenir \u00e0 la table des n\u00e9gociations \u00e0<strong> partir du 23 avril 2012. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><p><span style=\"font-size: 8.5pt; color: black; font-family: Helvetica;\">Esp\u00e9rons que cette fois-ci, nous pourrons avancer concr\u00e8tement sur ce projet d\u2019int\u00e9gration<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 8.5pt; color: black;
