La s\u00e9ance du CE Contenus du 31 mai 2012 a vu le Dossier cessation d\u2019activit\u00e9s d\u2019OrangeSport rentrer dans sa phase terminale.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><b>Il ne reste plus maintenant que 11 jours ouvr\u00e9s aux salari\u00e9s pour choisir leur poste !!!!<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9lus CFE-CGC\/UNSA ont souhait\u00e9 formellement exprimer leur d\u00e9saccord sur la m\u00e9thode mise en \u0153uvre par la Direction autour du dossier de Cessation d\u2019Activit\u00e9s d\u2019OrangeSports.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, des le d\u00e9but de cette affaire, les \u00e9lus ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 un <strong>v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9ni des diff\u00e9rentes repr\u00e9sentations<\/strong> des salari\u00e9es concern\u00e9es et terminent aujourd\u2019hui par un <strong>simulacre&nbsp;de dialogue social.<\/strong> <a class=\"jce_file\" href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/Tract_Fermeture_OrangeSports_Fin_des_negos_copy.pdf\"><strong>(toutes les explications sont l\u00e0)<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 nos demandes r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es, la Direction n\u2019a jamais souhait\u00e9 ouvrir de <strong>mani\u00e8re loyale<\/strong> une quelconque n\u00e9gociation sur le volet social de ce dossier avec l\u2019organisation syndicale majoritaire sur le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre Contenus, a ensuite<strong> transform\u00e9 l&rsquo;instance du CE Contenus en un espace de n\u00e9gociations<\/strong>, et pour finir a sign\u00e9 <strong>en catimini<\/strong> un accord tr\u00e8s partiel avec 2 organisations syndicales non majoritaires&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>En cons\u00e9quence, les \u00e9lus CFE-CGC\/UNSA,<strong> ne souhaitant pas mettre en p\u00e9ril le calendrier de reclassement<\/strong> des salari\u00e9s, et <strong>soucieux des int\u00e9r\u00eats de ceux-ci,<\/strong> ont rendu un avis n\u00e9gatif sur ce projet&nbsp;de part notamment le caractere tres partiel des r\u00e9ponses obtenues s&rsquo;agissant de l&rsquo;ensemble des salari\u00e9s indirectement concern\u00e9s,&nbsp;tout en prenant note des diff\u00e9rents engagements unilat\u00e9raux \u00e9mis par la Direction&nbsp;suite&nbsp;aux diverses interventions des \u00e9lus CFE-CGC\/UNSA et&nbsp;de votre engagement&nbsp;de respecter l\u2019ensemble des dispositions de l\u2019accord du 5 Mars 2010 vis \u00e0 vis&nbsp; des salari\u00e9s directement impact\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9lus CFE-CGC\/UNSA seront maintenant particuli\u00e8rement vigilants \u00e0 ce que l\u2019ensemble des Organisations Syndicales repr\u00e9sentatives sur notre p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre puissent suivre dans la transparence le respect de ces&nbsp;engagements.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Malgr\u00e9 tous les efforts, des \u00e9lus CFE-CGC\/UNSA qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les seuls \u00e0 mener le combat face \u00e0 la Direction.
