{"id":4096,"date":"2012-06-29T08:04:52","date_gmt":"2012-06-29T08:04:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=4096"},"modified":"2012-06-29T08:04:52","modified_gmt":"2012-06-29T08:04:52","slug":"bilan-a-chaud-des-augmentations-annuelles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2012\/06\/29\/bilan-a-chaud-des-augmentations-annuelles\/","title":{"rendered":"BILAN A CHAUD DES AUGMENTATIONS ANNUELLES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les augmentations annuelles viennent d\u2019\u00eatre pass\u00e9es sur la paye de juin.<\/p>\n<p>Jamais nous n\u2019avions \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi sollicit\u00e9s par les salari\u00e9s qui, d\u00e9couvrant le montant de leur augmentation, cherchent \u00e0 en comprendre le sens\u2026<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019exercice impos\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e \u00e0 travers l\u2019accord salarial que seules deux OS ont sign\u00e9es (CFDT,FO) visait \u00e0 distribuer sous forme d\u2019augmentation individuelle une enveloppe de 1% de la masse salariale de chaque \u00e9tablissement, \u00e0 comparer au budget global qui \u00e9tait de 2,2%, inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 l\u2019inflation (2,5%).<\/p>\n<p>Le 1<sup>er<\/sup> constat fait \u00e9tat de l\u2019incompr\u00e9hension d\u2019une grande partie des DRH d\u2019\u00e9tablissements qui n\u2019ont pas compris que cet accord ait pu \u00eatre sign\u00e9 au regard du faible montant du budget global et d\u2019autre part au nombre important de mesures sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 appliquer.<\/p>\n<p>Le 2eme constat fait \u00e9tat d\u2019une grande difficult\u00e9 pour les managers \u00e0 le mettre en \u0153uvre tout en pr\u00e9servant la coh\u00e9rence de l\u2019\u00e9valution annuelle (les \u00ab&nbsp;EI&nbsp;\u00bb) et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de \u00ab&nbsp;prendre aux uns pour donner aux autres&nbsp;\u00bb en faisant l\u2019impasse sur les explications n\u00e9cessaires mais \u00e0 haut risque&nbsp;!<\/p>\n<p>Le 3eme constat fait \u00e9tat d\u2019une grande frustration de la part des salari\u00e9s qui ne sont concern\u00e9s par aucune mesure sp\u00e9cifique de l\u2019accord salarial, dont l\u2019\u00e9valuation est \u00ab<em>&nbsp;tr\u00e8s satisfaisante<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb et qui sont en deuxi\u00e8me partie de carri\u00e8re&nbsp;: leur pouvoir d\u2019achat baisse significativement&nbsp;!<\/p>\n<p>Le partage impos\u00e9 de la mod\u00e9ration salariale d\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9e par l\u2019entreprise (Free est un alibi tr\u00e8s utile&nbsp;!) marque un tournant dans la politique sociale de France T\u00e9l\u00e9com&nbsp;: elle assume de ne pas garantir le pouvoir d\u2019achat de ses salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le m\u00eame temps, elle s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 distribuer 96% des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en 2011 aux actionnaires&nbsp;: ou est la mod\u00e9ration&nbsp;??<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les augmentations annuelles viennent d\u2019\u00eatre pass\u00e9es sur la paye de juin.
