{"id":4492,"date":"2012-12-14T16:14:57","date_gmt":"2012-12-14T16:14:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=4492"},"modified":"2012-12-14T16:14:57","modified_gmt":"2012-12-14T16:14:57","slug":"les-travailleurs-handicapes-de-l-ues","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2012\/12\/14\/les-travailleurs-handicapes-de-l-ues\/","title":{"rendered":"Les travailleurs Handicap\u00e9s de l\u2019UES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Suite au rapport annuel 2011 sur l\u2019emploi des personnes handicap\u00e9es du CCUES, la commission Handicap dont Jean-Pierre Borderieux est le pr\u00e9sident a fait un bilan.<\/p>\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord le premier constat est certes que la signature d\u2019un accord est une bonne initiative, faudrait-il encore qu\u2019il soit respect\u00e9&nbsp;?<\/p>\n<p>La loi pr\u00e9voit que les entreprises doivent employer des salari\u00e9s handicap\u00e9s dans une proportion de 6% de leur effectif global. Hors il s\u2019av\u00e8re \u00e0 ce jour que le taux de 5% n\u2019est toujours pas atteint.<\/p>\n<p>Il est relev\u00e9 que le taux d\u2019embauche reste tr\u00e8s faible vu le taux de cv re\u00e7us.
