Miroir social"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a title=\"acc\u00e8s direct \u00e0 l'article complet\" href=\"http:\/\/www.miroirsocial.com\/actualite\/8430\/fraude-interne-les-interrogatoires-controverses-du-pole-enquetes-de-france-telecom-orange\">acc\u00e8s direct \u00e0 l&rsquo;article complet<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;Le salari\u00e9 de France T\u00e9l\u00e9com Orange d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 lundi apr\u00e8s s&rsquo;\u00eatre immol\u00e9 par le feu \u00e0 Pau avait \u00e9t\u00e9 mis \u00e0 pied, avec d&rsquo;autres coll\u00e8gues, dans le cadre d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate interne.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;occasion de revenir sur les m\u00e9thodes controvers\u00e9es du p\u00f4le <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">enqu\u00eates (20 enqu\u00eateurs),<\/span> rattach\u00e9 \u00e0 la direction du contr\u00f4le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral dont l&rsquo;essentiel des <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">360 dossiers trait\u00e9s en 2010 concernait des salari\u00e9s<\/span>, en amont des proc\u00e9dures disciplinaires.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fin 2012, la CFE-CGC Unsa affirmait recevoir de plus en plus de coll\u00e8gues \u00ab se plaignant d&rsquo;avoir eu \u00e0 subir les interrogatoires du p\u00f4le enqu\u00eates selon des modalit\u00e9s qui violent les principes les plus \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires du droit \u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Et le syndicat d&rsquo;\u00e9grener les moyens d&rsquo;intimidation utilis\u00e9s par les enqu\u00eateurs lors des interrogatoires : \u00ab les griefs retenus contre le collaborateur lui sont rarement, voire jamais communiqu\u00e9s ;<\/p>\n<p>le proc\u00e8s verbal d&rsquo;audition que le collaborateur est invit\u00e9 \u00e0 signer ne lui est pas remis, en d\u00e9pit des promesses qui lui sont faites pendant l&rsquo;entretien, les entretiens ont souvent pour but d&rsquo;obtenir des \u00ab aveux \u00bb et le collaborateur interrog\u00e9 peut \u00eatre invit\u00e9 \u00e0 pratiquer la d\u00e9lation envers ses coll\u00e8gues ; <strong>les entretiens peuvent durer plusieurs demi-journ\u00e9es, parfois cons\u00e9cutives, s&rsquo;assimilant aux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de la garde \u00e0 vue \u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;\/&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>La CFE-CGC Unsa demandait alors \u00ab une d\u00e9cision unilat\u00e9rale de France T\u00e9l\u00e9com d\u00e9ssaisissant imm\u00e9diatement le p\u00f4le enqu\u00eates de toutes les affaires disciplinaires et m\u00e9dicales \u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Extrait : Miroir social &#8211;
