Le Parisien publie ce mardi le compte rendu d&rsquo;une r\u00e9union de cadres datant de 2006 au cours de laquelle Didier Lombard, alors PDG de France T\u00e9l\u00e9com, fait part de sa strat\u00e9gie de r\u00e9duction de postes dans l&rsquo;entreprise en des termes \u00e9loquents.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abCe sera un peu plus dirigiste que par le pass\u00e9\u00bb, est-il \u00e9crit dans cette note, car \u00abc&rsquo;est notre seule chance de faire les 22.000 [salari\u00e9s en moins]\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;\/&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un \u00abdispositif\u00bb de pression qui \u00abest arriv\u00e9 tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t\u00bb<\/strong><br \/><strong>Pour S\u00e9bastien Crozier, d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 du syndicat CFE-CGC, cette r\u00e9v\u00e9lation constitue une \u00abpreuve tangible\u00bb des \u00aboutrances verbales\u00bb et de la \u00abr\u00e9alit\u00e9 subie\u00bb pendant l&rsquo;\u00e8re Lombard. <em>\u00abLe niveau de violence \u00e9tait extr\u00eamement fort\u00bb, explique-t-il \u00e0 20 Minutes, \u00e9voquant le \u00abcaract\u00e8re r\u00e9p\u00e9titif\u00bb voire \u00absyst\u00e9mique\u00bb des \u00abdiscours dans lesquels on disait aux gens qu&rsquo;ils ne servent \u00e0 rien\u00bb.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Selon S\u00e9bastien Crozie<\/strong>r, la date du document publi\u00e9 par Le Parisien (octobre 2006) montre que ce \u00abdispositif\u00bb de pression \u00abest arriv\u00e9 tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t\u00bb.
