A cette date, seul le nom de votre employeur changera. Pour tout le reste il ne devra pas y avoir de modification.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les accords Orange France SA seront d\u00e9nonc\u00e9s dans la foul\u00e9e, puisque la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 n&rsquo;existe plus. Toutefois, ces accords et le statut collectif \u00ab&nbsp;Orange France SA&nbsp;\u00bb continuent de s\u2019appliquer \u00e0 vous, tant qu\u2019un accord de substitution (pr\u00e9vu par la loi) n\u2019est pas sign\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A compter du 1er juillet 2013, les d\u00e9lais l\u00e9gaux de n\u00e9gociations de l\u2019accord de substitution d\u00e9marrent.
