RSP diminuait (dans l\u2019ancien accord).<br \/>Or quand l\u2019effectif diminue, la charge de travail de ceux qui restent augmente =&gt; leur participation doit logiquement augmenter !<\/li>\n<li>Nouvel accord : RSP = 4% du RE<br \/>plafonn\u00e9e \u00e0 8% de la masse salariale (ne doit pas jouer)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><strong>4) Nouvel accord Participation : cl\u00e9s r\u00e9partition<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">\n<li>80% r\u00e9partis au prorata des salaires et 20% au prorata des temps de pr\u00e9sence (comme pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment)<\/li>\n<li>comme pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment<br \/>&#8211; le salaire est reconstitu\u00e9 en cas maternit\u00e9, accident du travail, maladie professionnelle<br \/>&#8211; le salaire est plafonn\u00e9 \u00e0 4 x plafond SS, soit 148 128 \u20ac bruts (contrainte l\u00e9gale)<br \/>&#8211; le temps partiel est compt\u00e9 comme du temps plein (c\u2019\u00e9tait appliqu\u00e9 dans les faits, mais n\u2019\u00e9tait pas \u00e9crit dans l\u2019ancien accord)<\/li>\n<li><strong>MAIS<\/strong> (\u00e9volutions par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ancien accord)<br \/>=&gt;
