Pour \u00e9viter que les d\u00e9boires de<br \/>ce projet immobilier se renouvellent, la direction s&rsquo;est dot\u00e9e d&rsquo;un accord<br \/>de m\u00e9thode.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;\/&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, Orange Business Services est l&rsquo;une des premi\u00e8res soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 s&rsquo;installer<br \/>dans ce quartier de cols blancs en devenir, mais qui conserve la r\u00e9putation d&rsquo;\u00eatre<br \/>malfam\u00e9. \u00ab <em>Il n&rsquo;y a pas eu d&rsquo;insertion dans le tissu local ni de mixit\u00e9, mais une<\/em><br \/><em>\u00ab\u00a0bunkerisation\u00a0\u00bb dans cette zone extr\u00eamement mal situ\u00e9e, \u00e0 deux pas du supermarch\u00e9<\/em><br \/><em>de la drogue \u00bb,<\/em> <strong>estime S\u00e9bastien Crozier, pr\u00e9sident CFE-CGC France T\u00e9l\u00e9com-<\/strong><br \/><strong>Orange<\/strong> (majoritaire \u00e0 49 % \u00e0 Orange Business Services).<\/p>\n<p><em> \u00ab Le choix s&rsquo;est port\u00e9 sur Saint-Denis, car les valeurs locatives \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s attractives, le territoire de la Plaine Saint-Denis est parfaitement irrigu\u00e9 par les transports en commun et routiers<\/em> \u00bb,<br \/>justifie Bertrand Jasson, directeur de l&rsquo;immobilier du groupe Orange. <strong>Mais, selon la<\/strong><br \/><strong>CFE-CGC<\/strong>, alors que la direction esp\u00e9rait r\u00e9aliser 100 millions d&rsquo;\u00e9conomies par<br \/>an avec cette op\u00e9ration immobili\u00e8re, Orange Business Services perdrait cette m\u00eame<br \/>somme chaque ann\u00e9e <em>\u00ab \u00e0 cause des d\u00e9penses li\u00e9es \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et du fait que les<\/em><br \/><em>salari\u00e9s travaillent moins depuis que leur temps de transport s&rsquo;est accru \u00bb,<\/em><strong> assure<\/strong><br \/><strong>S\u00e9bastien Crozier.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>un responsable RH est d\u00e9sormais syst\u00e9matiquement d\u00e9tach\u00e9 pour suivre le d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement de collaborateurs. Pour qu&rsquo;ils s&rsquo;approprient le projet, les \u00e9tapes de celui en cours \u00e0 Ch\u00e2tillon, dans les Hauts-de-Seine, sont suivies \u00e0 distance par des cam\u00e9ras qui filment l&rsquo;\u00e9volution du b\u00e2timent et<br \/>les pr\u00e9sentations de maquettes.
