color: black; line-height: 21.6pt;\">des augmentations<strong><em> collectives <\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; color: black; line-height: 21.6pt;\">une<strong><em> clause de sauvegarde<\/em><\/strong> index&eacute;e sur l&rsquo;indice des prix<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; color: black; line-height: 21.6pt;\">un budget sp&eacute;cifique pour les <strong><em>actions de rattrapage ciblant les personnels sous-positionn&eacute;s<\/em><\/strong><br \/>qui ne doivent pas &ecirc;tre prises sur les enveloppes d&rsquo;augmentations g&eacute;n&eacute;rales<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: 21.6pt;\"><strong><em>sur lesquels les personnels ont r&eacute;ellement une action <\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; color: black; line-height: 21.6pt;\">Mutuelle collective avec participation de l&rsquo;employeur pour les fonctionnaires, comme elle existe d&eacute;j&agrave;
